I used to do security in DC at the 9:30 club. It was a PIL show. Who comes walking by but Randy. He went outside for a smoke break. I didn't want to bother him so I just threw him a wave and he waved back. I left it at that.
As soon as I heard the intro line for "still echoes" I knew that record was going to be killer. "A thousand heads cut clean across their necks right down the hall from me." That used to be my favorite drunk karaoke song until said place got shut down due to covid, good times man..
Ashes Of The Wake is their best, IMO. One of the best metal albums of all-time.
One Gun
get no argument from me with that statement. Great album. Just heavy, aggressive metal with great writing.
Extremely solid opinion.
Damn right, it’s a metal masterpiece. An onslaught of pure metal
As The Palaces Burn for me. Vigil is my shit. It's hard to choose a favorite really ngl.
I can’t pick the best lamb of god album there all great. Randy put on one hell of show live can wait for the tours
Compound Media and Lamb Of God. That's all I need in life.
Just saw them in concert in Charleston. Fantastic.

Chris Adler is great. Art Cruz is also fucking great. Lamb of God will always be a great band
I was working the Soundgarden show in DC(2013). I was guarding the tour trucks. In between band sets, who comes out to get some fresh air...Chris. 😁
Amazing drummer!
Love this interview…just reading Dark Days for the first time. Very cool Randy ran into the guy from prison. 🤘🏻I believe you owe Randy $10.
I once took acid and had a tape recorder with me. When I played it back the next day the only thing on there was me saying "lamb of god". Good times.
Not sure if it's just me but his normal voice sounds a bit higher now compared to his interviews from the early 2000s. Just found it interesting.
I wondered about it too. Might be because he's sober now
Definitely get Burton C Bell on your podcast!!
Randy, new album is sickkkk
Randy seems like a pretty cool dude, this was a cool interview.
Can't wait for the album and then a tour!!
Please God do this more
Maybe I need to check it out. I haven't listened to these guys since wrath.
I would love to hear Randy on Marc Maron's podcast
There's way more to life then just "time". Also there is no game here, it's all real!
Wasn't he on that metal show as a co-host?
20:36 - I love the choice in sound effects loool
A full-blown Halo Of Locust album would be killer.
Or maybe an EYEHATEGOD cover album. Take As Needed For Pain, or Southern Discomfort.
Halo Of Locust not heard that in awhile but yea totally!!!
he basically says the album is OKAY but they've done better shit . what a SALESMAN. why we love him ahahaha
Looks like Richard belzer in a wig
Where aRe you Guys From ??? Did you always like LatinoSs ??
resurrection man was great.
He didn't smoke weed but wore a shirt that said "burn 1"..
Your lyrics are GReaT 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
I love the Sacrament album but fuck anything by LOG is killer
I can't believe he was rushing randy off....how uncomfortable it must have been for randy to want to talk more and beg to stay in the interview.....
its easier to pick a least favorite album!!
Get rob zombie on right now
Boringgggg
If Andy Dick had dreadlocks
