Beautiful looking car! I'm so glad you found it and I can't wait to follow along with your progress on it! Like you, I love things like hidden gas tank access, no side pillars, hidden antennas, etc. Some of the reasons I like my Chevelle.
dual carbs - standard for eldorado, not for coupe deville. You will see the gas gauge while you drive this, I worked with a guy and his dad had one and he told, you could see the gas gauge drop while driving.
The correct style battery for these cars looks like a old tractor battery. When i got my 55 caddy when i was 18 and got a new battery for it i asked them to double check to make sure thats what it takes.
I'm definitely stoked about it. I've wanted one my whole life. I looked at them on marketplace for 7 years til I decided on this one. Thank you for watching.
ha, I was talking to her ! She needed to sell. Near warren ohio right ? But I already have a 56. I like them both, 55 and 56 and 59, then 65-68. That trim is hard to find, that is lower rocker panel...and they are different based on model !
Yeah I wanted so badly to go back and edit that when I found out what engine it was but I figured it was my honest reaction at the time 😆. Thank you, I'm going to my best with it.
@@undergroundcreations417 I’m hoping to check it out in person the next time Brian and Ryder do the donut deal. I’m digging the driver style rather than the too pretty to drive thing. My ‘59 was just that, the coolest beater I ever owned! 🤘😎
@@ellwood59 absolutely! We should be putting on regular cars and coffees this year. I'm hoping to get a lot done on her before then. Looking forward to seeing you out.
what a dope ride nice to see ya get your dream car can't wait to see the build!!
Thanks man!

Thanks man, I'm so stoked about it. Those features were way ahead of there time. People are going to laugh when I'm at the gas station 😆.
Congrats on that beauty of a car!
Thank you!

You're very fortunate to have such a nice car. Many are in a million pieces. Jealous, wishing I could have this!
