- The Florida springs are among the most beautiful in the world. We went canoeing at King's Landing, in Apopka, Florida, upstream until Kelly Park. This video shows Rock Springs Run, one of the most beautiful natural springs in Florida. This is one of the best things to do in Orlando besides theme parks.
Kings Landing and Apopka are located about 40 min north of downtown Orlando. From Kings Landing, we went for lunch at Wekiva Island, a nice outdoor entertainment area in between Wekiwa Springs State Park and Rock Springs Run State Reserve.

I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. I live very close to these springs and they are overrated, they are fun but people act like they are so fun, when all you do is paddle a boat up and down a river for 3 hours, at the places you can swim at they are too crowded filled with people especially Rock Springs, that place is always packed.

@@RenataPereiraTV you can do Hillsborough river in Tampa where you can see a bunch of alligators. I was there about a week ago. The scenery is stunning and the alligators are very docile. You have nothing to worry.

Nobody left the water and people kept coming... About the settings, I use stereo, but I also record to an external microphone (the Tascam I link to in the affiliates in the description).

The canoes are very lite. We are not sure water is deeper than 6 feet, maybe some spots but if you allow others to indicate where to get out to wade in the water one would be ok. Thanks for watching😀
