We bought a new build modern farmhouse! I'm so excited to share our empty-ish home tour as the house is still staged. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 20 foot ceiling in the living room, pantry, mudroom, 2 car garage, a beautiful kitchen and a unfinished basement.

@@Kerryannhylton I was wondering if you were able to purchase any of the staged furniture. You may not have wanted it. I’m interested to see if they give buyers of the model homes that option.
@@itsalangleylife1639 Hi, when you put in a offer, you can include what you want from the home. We didn't want the staged furniture so we didn't ask. We live in Canada so I'm not sure if it's the same else where.
How did you get them to sell the demo home if they are still building? Thank you
