Wrong… you must only listen to OSU on the radio. Keels is average. Take a listen to Jim Donovan for the Browns and you’ll know what greatness is.

As a ND fan the NBC commentators are unbearable 100% of the time.
I usually like Todd Blackledge but he felt different. Like NBC had coached him on a few things....
The TV crew was absolutely garbage.
Wasn't the NBC crew the official Notre Dame broadcast team throughout the year? Because you can obviously tell they were homers.
And when you did turn on Paul Keels, was his voice in sync with the broadcast?
@@cliftonconnor9389 yes it's the official Notre Dame crew. I have UA-cam TV because I watch a lot of football during this time so I was able to pause the game to sync up Paul Keels to the TV broadcast

Agree a legendary game but let’s see if it’s story book worthy like Krenzel to Jenkins then beat a stacked Miami team. That’s legendary but this maybe even greater with a new QB 4th start. @Spiritofthewild1969 he didn't call the play the play was for the tight end slip out which was coveted Jenkins ran his route already and krenzel went to him. The main call was to hartsock
@@joshuathebuckeyeartistbarton according to Youngstown boys documentary he said he went to Jenkins because of the differential in height and the DB was playing bump coverage just going by what Tressel said so that’s all I can quote. I had a play called then told Scott McMullen to signal a go isle 40 to Jenkins then Krenzel called the audible and scored with a minute 36 I didn’t want to call it but the match up was there. Cody Simon and him keeping Hartman from that early first down... which was called a first down but was reversed, may have ultimately been what made the Buckeyes win. Great call by the review crew.
Ohio State deserved to win, but that was ridiculous to overturn that.

On that final drive, McCord made perfect throws on 3rd & 10, 4th & 7, and 3rd & 19.
I always listen to Paul Keels call the game while watching. Can't tell you the last time I listened to the TV broadcast.
Are you able to time it up to where the radio call is simultaneous with the video? I've always wanted to do that.
@blakeselover575 yes, it is rather easy just know there is a 30 second commercial before the live feed starts so get it started early and on opening kickoff you can make the minor time adjustments if needed

I work with several ND alumni/fans and they gave OSU no chance. Along with most fans and people on social media. TV media called a close one for the most part, but the fans, nope. They were assuming at least a 2 score win, and if you look at their offensive production, I get it. So many ND fans are blaming clock management (what?) and play calling, but the reality is they gave OSU no chance with a 4 game starter versus a 50 game starter, home game at night and that Estime had more yards rushing by himself then all the OSU backs put together coming into that game. The fact McCord was able to put that last drive together and ultimately had more yards and a better QBR then Hartman sent them through the roof yesterday. Good times. lol

I wish i watched this with these commentators. It felt wrong watching it on Peacock with commentators with Notre Dame bias, at least be 'ESPN like'..I don't know. It just felt weird. When Buckeyes scored that last touchdown, we went nuts! The Peacock commentators were stunned in silence🤣

1. The spike, the best play of the game! 2) ND calls a time out with 7 seconds giving osu more time regroup as we had no more time outs left...thank you marcus, 2) ND sends 10 men on the field for the next two plays, thank you marcus...shm at marcus freeman.
And thank you Marcus for drawing up a screen pass that was broken up by J.T. on N0tre Dame’s final drive when all they needed was 1 1st down to win the game, which also allowed OSU to save a timeout which was used to avoid the ten second runoff on the grounding penalty on McCord.
What was up with the play clock at the end? I've never seen a run play take 2 seconds off the clock

I always prefer listening to the OSU radio guys.....but their audio feed is almost 45 seconds earlier than the network's signal. It gets to be a bit confusing.

The amount of coaching malpractice in the last 30 seconds of this game is insane. ND running 10 men on the field for the last TWO plays and then Day opting to kick the XP instead of kneel down (obviously didn't matter in the end, but it was nonetheless a dumb decision). Just absolute terrible coaching to close out and otherwise good game.
What an embarrassing and humiliating loss at home against a team playing a backup QB. Marcus Freeman dropped the ball on team preparation.

Well that might be one of the biggest sports blunders in the history of college football that it seems only I caught somehow, which makes me think I am about to be offered hush money or just go missing, but I honestly have no clue how the entire world including ESPN expert analysist, announcers and Notre Dame and Ohio State coaches and players study that film and have said absolutely nothing about Notre Dame only have 10 players on the field for that final play, a missing lineman right where Ohio State ran the ball? coming out of a timeout with the season on the line? Really gives me an uneasy feeling, because I cant wrap my head around how that would happen much less it not being the first thing all over the news the next day? Sketchy

Ohio State lost themself this game, but then Notre Dame decided to launch it out of the solar system with their offensive and defensive playcalling in the waning minutes. Ohio State capitalized and got the dub, we definitely got a lot of work to do before the likes of Penn State and TTUN

Agree if our offensive line gets man handled by Penn State that game could get ugly if we can’t run, TTUN is not impressive so far but Penn State 31 on Iowa defense is extremely impressive, Penn States our toughest game on the schedule my opinion they look really solid both sides of the ball especially Aller a Ohio kid smh why he’s not a Buckeye. He was coming until idiot Ewers came so he went to Penn State. He is definitely a pro QB in college.
