Kenda hit a home run with their 35x10.5x17 load range D Klever R/T for the Jeep community. While lots of folks run 315's in load range E, the Klever is a perfect 35", lightweight tire for the everyday driver, weekend warrior in a Wrangler.
Have a set of these 35x12.50R20 mounted on 20x10's on a 16 powerstroke we love these tires. Stick to the road beautifully, excellent wet traction and a smooth comfortable even though they are a 12 ply. So far so good!
i drive in mud, clay, and sand at my work sites i love BFG AT KO went to tire store for new ones they did not have them do to this virus going around but they had those Kendra Klever R/T in the size i needed, bought them ran them through every bit of junk i could find love these tire dont know if i will go back to BFG hope they keep selling those tires
I just picked up a set of Kends klever AT2's. Very similar tread design but a little less aggressive while still being very aggressive for an AT. So far I am pretty impressed with them. For someone looking for something a little bit more suited for the daily commute the Kenda Klever AT2 might be a good choice.
Love that they come in 35x10.5 17. I was going to get 285 75 17 ko2s for my truck cause I don't like wide tires and its hard to get taller than 34 without going wide, think I'll try a set of the narrow 35s come spring.
Are they really that good? How noisy on the highway? How much MPG did you lose? I'm thinking about putting a more aggessive tire on my 2020 TRD PRO and would like to know. When you just change your tire on your Tundra do you need an alignment also?
I have these in 35x10.50r17 on a 2018 sierra dually. I have no complaints after 16k miles. They fit my truck perfectly and don't require spacers. After a year and 16k miles, they look new. They are loudest at 45-50mph but are not bad at all.
Update. I had one tire develop belt separation at 30k miles. Plenty of thread left. I bought a replacement kenda. Now a second tire has developed belt separation/egg. I'm moving on to a slightly smaller set of open country AT3s. Kenda has terrible customer service in the US. Save your money, these tires are trash.

I just put a set of 35x10.5R17 on my 2-door Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon, replacing a set of 35x12.5R17 BFG KM2s that were worn unevenly and bringing out the tendency for solid front axle death-wobble. They seem to have a quiet ride and my gas mileage has actually improved from 13.5 to 16 mpg. I have AEV 3.5" DualSport suspension and calibrated the tire size with their Procal module.
Had them almost 6.months on my discovery 2 take it off roading almost every weekend I do 75 mph on the free way hardly any noise it has gotten a little louder as they wear but other than that they've performed well in mud rain and tough rock I will deff buy again
Quietest and smoothest truck tire I've ever rode. Had duratracs before and I think they maybe handle a but better but I had a different size so it's hard to compare that but ride quality of R/T is really surprising.
Bought in 285s, these big gaps are what an RT should have...some other brands have AT gapping. Nice and wide per size...all I wished for!! Nice work Kenda!!
Kenda recently came out with a Klever AT2, which looks like a slightly milder version of this that is 3Peak rated. Would be awesome if you guys could do a video on that! I haven't been able to find much info about it other than the initial launch photos.
I have the 35x12.5’s on my stock 2500 Cummins with stock wheels. They are great and no rubbing. I do have a leveling kit 2.5”. Great tire that look awesome
Kenda is the best tire for the buck on the market! Doesn’t matter what you’re doing. All seasons, AT, MT, or even auto sports!! I use the KR20 on my drift car, and they’re amazing!
I do cross country utility ROW work. We run into all different types of terrain daily mud, swamps, sand, rock and a lot of hwy. We have kindas on several trucks. Our guys want nothing else.

@Nathan Hamilton somewhere around 10k. I haul hay and pull a small tractor occasionally. It’s also my everyday driver, 50 miles a day. I’ve had several makes of aggressive tires over the years and these have been my favorite so far.

Just put klever rt's on my D2 & i fkn luv it 🙂 thought they were gonna be super loud but there not, has a bit of a whine at 70km but quiets down more at 110km, my roof rack makes more noise, went with 265/65/17 fitted & balanced for $1040 aud & they look sick, very happy with em 👌
They're the ONLY one I can find in 35x10.50 r17. Tall skinnies for my Willys Wagon! They're going to look great! I just hope they hold up as well as Kenda MTB have.

My 33x12.50x20 are great off road but I think I got at least one tire out of round it shakes crazy on interstate , had them balanced 3 times and still shakes or vibrates only 10,000 miles on them so I’ll go with a different tire next hopefully next tires won’t shake the center console out the truck
Well, I took 5 into the NW deserts of Australia, and very soon found myself with only 3. One was stated on the shoulder - fair enough, that could happen with any tire. Unpluggable, so it was a goner. The another got a minor stake, very high on the shoulder, would not holld a plug, but I could keep that air up to not for an hour or so, The worrying thing, however, was that at another of the tyre, it developed a split in the wall. Don't know why, but this was ait unnerving.
I have some 285/75r16 kendas and they are suppose to be 32-33 inches tall. They measure 30 inches though. What is up with that? are all kendas like that?

I have the kenda mt's kr29. Unbeatable tire. Got 6 years out of my last set and i beat the hell out of them in all conditions. Most impressive is how well they grip in the rain.
Short answer is no.. I've been running klevers on my 2017 F150 LB 5.0 for a while now and honestly they are awful. Last tires I had were Venom Terra grapplers and they were exponentially better tires all around.

265 65 18s wich are 31 or 32 inch tires on a 2 in lift still rubs up front

The tread is a a bit less aggressive, but the sidewall is more aggressive.
Just as heavy as Falken ATW3 tires, though lighter than Nitto Ridge G. The Toyo AT3 is one of the lightest 10 ply tires with very good ratings.
