I can relate i used heroin for 17 yrs for pain after a nearly fatal car wreck after 3 heart infections and multiple overdoses id had enuff.. enuff...my clean date is September 13th so it can be done... enjoy life the free world take nothing for granted and make the most of every day...love u Joe....peace!!!!

That ending brought tears to my eyes. Seeing how happy you made him with something as simple as Zaxbys chicken strips and a haircut really puts things into perspective. You don’t have to have material things to find true happiness- something’s that we don’t think twice about (housing/food/showers) he doesn’t have. After the ending I immediately thought about where he was that exact moment. Lucky don’t give up - stay in contact with rehab and once your hand heals go to it. If I can recover then anyone can.
