Slash to thrust training on a bag

Following up on the thrusting to slash video is the inverse, slash to thrust.
I'm a huge fan of this technique to score shots or to maintain range.
Be sure to rep it in carenza, then on a bag!

Great stuff my friend. Keep these coming. I've missed living in a city where I have a group to train with but have had a bag in my garage for years. I've been doing these kinds of drills consistently for awhile now and its great to have these videos to integrate new drills and re-member some of what I used to do.
