What Pakistan lacks:
A hard hitting quick burst batsman
A world class mystery spin bowler
An attacking captain
They should play abrar. They have spinners but if you make them sit on the bench then how can they assist you in winning matches?
Where is Yasir Shah nowadays?
They lack whole middle order. Azam, iftikhaar and shadab is dream middle order for opposition.

Players like Babar Azam do not belong to T20 format.
Most do not have the mindset of T20 run chase, rotating strike and the belief that you got to keep trying till the end.
Spin has been their major problem after Saeed Ajmal and icc crack down on bowling actions.

Per Michael V, the team Australia bats deep all the way up to 8th down. He is absolutely right but they don't need all 8 batters, they have Travis Head, he can take care of most of the games alone. Just ask India about WC final 2023.

If the home minister runs the board in Pakistan, the son (pappu) of the home minister runs the board in India who has no cricketing credentials. We previously had selectors in India who’d bow down to captains’ desires. We had captains who’d blatantly fill the Indian team with their IPL team mates by completely ignoring the outsiders. All that said, we are lucky to have some sort of stability and a structure over the last two decades that hasn’t affected the team too much.

Strongly agree with Micheal. Thank you for your analysis. This Pakistan team is a lot of show off and full of arrogance. apart from a couple of individuals, most of them suck to the core. Babar is the worst captain and has not lot learned anything after all the losses the team has to endure and he bears the responsibility of selecting some of the losers in the team.

And this year they are out that’s not sign of a consistent team. Compared to their bowling lineup their batting looks pretty weak, and I believe most of them are batting out of place just to accommodate Babar and Rizwan at the top. Fakhar is their best T20 batsman in my opinion, and he doesn’t open which is just ridiculous

Sehwag and Vaughan are mostly out of touch but I agree that Babar Azam needs to be thrown out. Virat Kohli is very different.He can hit sixes when he wants. I have seen some solid hits. Babar Azam is not in T20 in the future. Pakistan has numerous players. Here is one set for T20: 1. Fakar Zaman 2. Saim Ayub 3. Shan Masood (C) 4. M.Rizwan 5. Salman Agha 6. Muhammad Nafay/Tayyab Tahir/Haider Ali 7. Amir Jamal 8. Muhammad Nawaz 9. Shaheen Afridi 10. Naseem Shah (VC) 11. Zaman Khan/Muhammad Ali/Wasim Junior 12. Usama Mir. I will also look at grooming middle order hitters. All basis covered with agrression up front, experience in middle and some Power in lower middle.The ones who sold country or divide team are out! Harris Rauf Tape ball Darzi out and who the heck is Usman Khan? Shan Masood is a man of few words and has led Pakistan from front!
