What’s so great about the old owners selling the house to you and shane, is they get to click on your channel and see the house and all the updates as time goes on. I think that’s really cool. They’ve put so much love and work into that home and I’m so glad they can continue to see it in the future.

Honestly I grew up with tornadoes hitting us every week in the summer and I can tell ya from experience of getting trapped in my basement by a tree after a tornado. Basically make your basement into a mini living room with snacks and drinks and you'll be so much more comfortable and less freaked out when there is a tornado.
Like I have a one year old who just got to experience his first tornado( a f4) a couple weeks ago that came right over the house and it made it a million times better no bulshit

The majority of people leaving are out-of-towners who came to LA solely for clout--and then lo-and-behold, only found themselves surrounded by equally superficial people. Sadly, a lot of native Californians had to leave the state against their will, because of these out-of-towners moving in all at once and driving up the housing market like crazy. Now they're all mad and complaining? 🤷🏻♀️ Sounds like a personal problem for me.

Would love a series where Shane and Ryland experiences loads of firsts in Colorado. Halloween, Hosting first thanksgiving, Christmas with the snow. Hikes and sight seeing local attractions. Local haunted areas. Would be a great series of escapism with covid ongoing. Fingers crossed. I love watching Morgan for her interior design and renovations but don’t want that on Rylands too. We moved from California to Georgia back in January and I wish we could have done that. I didn’t know it was even a thing. The original owners moved to a neighborhood right across from their old house (my house now) and we never got to meet them. 😂
