Played a few jump-in's on each of my 3 accounts to get read for this... the slime looks to be the cheapest route, so might try that first... but if not doing the job I'll try a pricer option. (wildcards are still minimal on 2 of my 3 accounts) Cheers!
I made an Orzhov deck (I fell absolutely in love with my Preconstructed Orzhov deck back in the 2000s when the Ravnica: Guildpact set came out, and Teysa), built around Teysa and her mechanics. It went 3-0 in the Midweek Magic event. That being said, it cost me 2 more rare cards to make 4 Teysas and a few Uncommons (I STILL have not gotten more than 3 of the new Jump-In Themed half decks, let alone the Orzhov or Dimir-themed ones). In standard, once I finally totally deleveled won to Gold-4 it was working well. ..They really need to blanket ban around half of the white control spells...it seems like half of the ranked playlist decks are "Oh Look...it's ANOTHER variant of Static Net....I think that's 8 or 12 of those now".
Great content! Thanks so much. I was wondering what I should do for this MKM-constructed event, and you've provided some great ideas. I'll try them all out and see which one I like best. Love your channel! You've taught me so much about how to play this game for free and still have fun! I follow your system and have increased my enjoyment of Arena while not having to pay anything for that fun!
Last week, or the week before it, the MotM quick-draft (or was it All Will Be One? I can't remember) let me build a deck with Lukka at the center. I have seriously debated using my remaining Mythic rares to build a deck around him. He's a PW you have to really keep safe, but he puts in work with his abilities. As much as I loathe Nahiri as a character, her PW is a bit better for a Red/White army deck than Lukka is for a typical Gruul deck, but he was FUN.
Hmm, yeah it looks like you might be right about that one. Still probably somewhat useful in the MWM event as a good few decks will be using face down cards, but not as good as it originally seemed.
Welp my dumbass made the slime deck and it cant come close to any decks I have went against all day but its so cool but cool means nothing in arena since everyone runs META decks and the only thing that matters is wins so good luck actually getting currency to make a meta deck
It's a real pain when that happens, but they should build up again pretty quickly when you buy packs. Just try to save them as much as possible in future. As you unlock a set by buying packs, you should pretty much get all the commons and uncommons you'll need without using any more wildcards, then you can save them for a future set.
Always struggle to find budget decks for midweek magic... at least not before the event starts... great timing and much appreciated! Cheers!

Glad to help!
I won 3 games at Midweek Magic with a slime deck.
Lifegain using Toxin Analysis worked well to win.
Thank you very much.😄
It definitely breaks the mirror matches where they play nothing but slimes :)

Great vid and excellent timing. I'm guessing everybody and their mother will be sliming this event since it's the easiest and cheapest option.
Out of 4 games I played, I only saw 1 slime deck, but it was the only one that I lost!

That's so great to hear! Thanks so much for your support.
These are great! The gruul equipment and detective ones are really fun! Just got to platinum 3 with the Detectives! Fun stuff!
can confirm the slime deck super fun and easy to win
Thanks for this, I will be trying the slime deck.
Good luck!

You're a gem
Thanks 👍👍👍
Pretty sure gadabout can't be blocked by face down cards without a name. Nothing to do with Legendary cards.

Ran out of common wild cards :(
