Enough Is Enough: A Short Film (remade)

- America has over 393 million guns, with a population around 341 million people. And after seeing a video of former President Trump speaking at an NRA rally in Texas, I was inspired to make this short film demonstrating the ill effects of the National Rifle Association's lobbying in the American government. Y'know, as much as I love public service announcements, I'd never actually made one until now. I know it's not a PSA compilation (that'll be Friday) but I hope you enjoy this film about NRA influence just as much as I enjoyed making it.

What hit me the most was Sandy Hook, because I have kids myself, and Newtown is only an hour away from where I currently live. My kids are now 18 and 17. But I have to say this. it's not the guns alone that kill. It's the sick evil souls that carry out these horrific crimes.
This is unfortunately very real. Earlier this school year, my school had a shelter-in-place drill (regular school day but you cannot leave the classroom without an escort and you have to get to your next class as soon as possible). Luckily, our school did not have a shooter, but that is not the point.
It was terrifying walking through the halls of my school, in a small and supposedly safe community where everyone knows everybody, with my stuff trying to get to my classes as soon as possible while teachers and staff lined the halls to make sure nothing bad happened. I could have only described it as somewhat dystopian to ask my teacher to take me to where my laptop was plugged in so I could get it instead of just asking to leave by myself.
It’s a shame that students have to experience this, but a sad reality since drills like this (if used when a threat was made) could have saved lives.

And some people who own a gun don’t keep them safe from their kids and if shooters had someone to talk to about what they are going through
Would have made a lot more sense if you used news footage from the Columbine shooting

The aforementioned grammatical errors and such bothered me quite a bit, that's why.

Because dogs are loyal so you won't be likely to have your dog turned against you like how gun can be used against you Antonio. 🐕🦺🐶🐩🐕
