we were on fusina lagoon pitch 22 in jul this year - great campsite for the location but venice broke us after 2 hours lol - ridiculous amount of people - may be another time.

I love your videos, we are the same age but couldn’t be more different! We are in the very S of Britain but we on a similar path touring Europe. Your videos are required viewing. I also suffer from bites. Have you tried Avon So Soft? My problem is that I’m never able to cover every inch of my skin!

It’s popular up here because of the midges, but the midges don’t bother us too much. The odd thing with the mosquitos this year was that they were tiny. We’re used to hearing that little high pitched buzz and seeing them on your skin. This time you didn’t even feel them. The first you knew was when you felt that itch and the bump😀. Really odd. Hi Sheila and Gavin😀 It was like being in Scotland😀. The only thing that stopped the biters was high wind. Luckily?? we also had Storm Boris😀. The stove might blow away, but at least the stinging stopped. Also we found a giant spider in the van. One more of those and I would have burned the van to the ground😀 I’m not sure if I’m selling this European touring stuff😀 Cheers, Brian and Rhona😀
