soundtrack was probably a big part of why so many mtv cartoons went down the toilet... when you use someone elses media in your media you have to license it, and those licenses cost big bucks and dont last very long...

Just finished downtown and it sucks that this show was canned after one season, I wouldn't mind to see more seasons of downtown in this limited animation style just for one more season of this show.
What I love about this show is that it’s so relatable, I didn’t grow up in the 90’s but I was a teen in the 2000’s so phones were barely a thing. So we were always running around as youth in the streets. Always something interesting going on. I miss it man so this show gives me that nostalgia of being a youth.
As a 19 year old in the current day seeing stuff like this makes me wish we didn't have phones. It's hard meeting people these days! Either way, the show inspires me to be more social to fill the void that modern times create
