Hey Molly, has there been any exploration of GRS vs. other units like the Enset? I've found I'm disappointed with the power of the Enset...so considering a GRS unit, but really can't tell if it cuts the same or better. Any thoughts? thx.

Yes, you do need an air compressor. We do offer compatible models with all the filters and fitting you need here: grs.com/product-category/products/air-compressors/. If you prefer to buy somewhere else, we recommend the following specs: Oil-free air compressors for use with our air systems. The compressed air supply should have a minimum pressure of 45 psi (3 bar) and a maximum pressure of 120 psi (8 bar). The compressed air supply must have a minimum flow capacity of 1.4 CFM [ft³/min] or 40 LPM [L/min].
Of course. The primary difference between the AT and the G8 is that the AT has the Airtact® hand control option. You would have to also buy an Airtact handpiece, which has the black palm caps on the end. You activate the Airtact handpiece either by applying pressure to the palm cap, or using the foot control. With the G8, you can only activate the standard handpiece (which has the solid metal cap) by using the foot control. Otherwise the two machines are the same. Both have precision regulators, both can be connected to 2 handpieces, and both have an auxiliary air connection. It just depends on whether you want to use an Airtact handpiece for hand activation of the handpiece.
