Hi, thanks for watching. Yes it was sorted with effectively a systems update by the RAC. They suggested it was an incomplete update, that maybe the garage had unplugged the car before they had finished installing 😬

@@lifeinthebackgroundwithmillei thanks a lot for getting back to me, sorry if you covered this already in the video, but I was skipping through to try to find an answer as my friend is having issues. Probably not quite the same issue as you, but Zoe clearly has an Achilles heel with it’s charging. Video was beautifully produced BTW, many thanks
