raiders love lol
If Cabal Williams is a bust.....
...does that mean all the NFL sportswriters and YT analysts are dumber...
...than a small pile of beans.
As a Jets fan, I'm ecstatic they didnt draft Bowers. Drafting a TE high in the 1st round is just a terrible use of draft capital.
That may be true usually with TEs, but I don’t think it has so much to do with the position as it does with the player. If a team feels like a player can help the team right away and is going to produce for years to come, any team would grab a player regardless of position.
Would you grab Justin Tucker in the first round even though he’s a kicker?
@@youngdrudown I was in the trade back to get a 2nd for OL and then WR camp. So I'm happy JD picked a OL then WR. Different approach but same result I was looking for. Corley will give us a lot of what Bowers brings. Jets just went thru a year with injuries on the OL. I rather put more resources towards that. Conklin is a good TE.
@@jerrycurls88 I understand that, and it makes sense, but keep in mind everyone has a different mindset/approach. Personally I would rather “reach” for someone who probably would have fell to a later round or like you said to trade back and get a 2 for 1 than the other option. That being, not drafting someone who immediately helps your team and also turns out to be an All Pro or better for years to come.
People slamming the Penix pick, as if old-@ss injured Cousins is going to make it through the season healthy - did they not see what happened to the Jets last year? Their season was over after one game.
They shouldn't have signed cousins then
Um you realize Penix has suffered like 3 season ending ACL tears right lol?
@@Frontyardfootball190literally they could have saved 180 mil and drafted Penix and built team around him with alot of cap space
Bro shi be pissing me off , we went 7-10 with absolutely trash at qb , so with bringing in new coaching staff in u go get a qb that can win now so u still have a job in 3 years !!!! Unlike Arthur Smith, , u sign your qb with a way to get out the contract within 2 years he's 36 he's not the future , . So with that being said how is it a bad pick !!!! ,
Falcons are my team after the season are top needs where ... qb , pass rush , cb , wr ..... we addressed qb with now and the future and we got better on the line , top 10 defense without are best defensive lineman in Grady Jarret, and with ascending players in the secondary u take a chance on developing guys like Alford and clark Phillips and those guys are good!! And we signed depth to compete and we also addressed wr with darnell mooney and the wr from the cardinals,
Atlanta have ruined one guys career. Just don't know who yet.
Denver couldn't wait until the 2nd round for Bo Nix because they didn't have one
Top Fifteen? But, but, but my team has the 16th pick.
I’m pretty sure its just ROME not ROMAY

Putting maye above Williams makes zero sense
🫣
I predict the latham take ages badly
going to be the best T on this class, and not really a reach
@@tylerove2495bro over Alt? Why you think that i heard Alt was generational
@@wolf764 Every year someone is "generational". Latham is stronger, has better hands, doesn't play as tall
@@tylerove2495 imma take your word for it time will reveal all they really made it seem like Latham was a reach i liked his film too lol
@@wolf764he’s switching sides which is awful for development
