Which Trey do you like better? Garage Rock Trey or Metal Trey? Metal Trey kinda seems like a cop
Electricity is waves.
Way to be a fucking narc Trey 🚓 🚨
Actually, cool format! Audience will wait for both Trays to appear. One is more conservative and the other is “cool, duuude, whatever, let’s play”. Sometimes ppl can not be interested in some products that you review, but you can catch their attention with both Trays easily. Because it’s comedy behind the music, and conflict (miss understanding) between the two types of musicians.
Hey I have a rage 158
Doesn't Jack White actually play a St. Vincent model though?
He does indeed on his new solo projects
yeah on his last solo record. he also used an EVH wolfgang.
And this is the sound a guitar makes when it's struck by lightening .
accurate
@@treyxaviermusic But, at least it looks cool.
If you could get an awesome metal tone out of that pedal...Well ,it would never stop selling.
Funny I talked about Jack White to a friend of mine, who didn't know who he was just a couple of days ago.
Sometimes I don't get how on Earth is Jack White still such an underrated musician (not just guitarist)...
I really like his stuff.
When The White Stripes blew up, my favorite riff was the one you played from Blue Orchid. Love the groove and the octaver effect (didn't know it was an effect at the time, thought he recorded that many tracks 😂).
I also like his other works, and his passion for the old ways to play and record music.
On the other end, it took me years to be able to even hear the name Seven Nation Army. Every non-musician I met for years asked me to play it as soon as they heard I play guitar. Motherf***ers, I'm not a goddamn jukebox!
Anyways, great video! You should bring back that friend of yours sometimes.
He kinda came off a bit douchy at first, but I think it could click between the two of you.
I like tue concept behind the pedal, but don't dig the sound that much. Maybe if I try it myself I'll see it differently... Who knows?
Alright, cheers from France mate! 🍻
I love Jack White, but it sounds like your playing through a broken cable into a peavey rage 158.
There ya go! Save $325! Skip the pedal, buy a $20 amp + $5 cable! Genius.
You mean great?
It’s 5 am, I should be asleep, but I decided to watch this instead. Cool pedal.
Why sleep when you can tube
I will have nightmares now.
Why would you want that sound. Thanks trey
Jeez, this pedal sounds like you need to convince it to produce a note.
This pedal is great! I have one and it's amazingly tight and you can get a lot of sound out of it. I feel like playing all these jack white songs sound the same/super similar.
Nice. Wild pedal dudes.
All of Trey's comedic videos are great! You don't get garage rock guy or the real John Petrucci on just any gear review channel. I'm not even interested in this pedal but I watched the whole thing.
That sounded like a line 6 (the bad combos) with everything down except the treble and gain at max. (With 50 cheap distortions and 50 treble boosters) but, I guess it kinda works 😂 keep up the quality content 🤘🏻💜💜
LOL really entertaining guys keep it up 👍 😂😂
Thanks dawg
“Yeah shore thing meiane” is iconic
weirdly enough jack white does use a St Vincent MM
Listening to this with headphones almost made my head pop lol wtf
Thank you for focusing on the sounds. This pedal is very interesting with the different modes vs. the original version. It sounds like it would not make your pedal board.... it must not have been epic enough... alas.
I think I'll use this one in the studio actually, I think it might be amazing on synth and other stuff and for like lo-fi weird sounds. You're right though, it doesn't really work for the kind of music I mostly play.
I feel like someone has kidnapped Garate Rock Trey and replaced him with Emo Trey trying to impersonate Garage Rock Trey. I think I would prefer Actual Garage Rock Trey, but between the two in this video, I prefer Metal Trey.
Now need to get a Stoner Trey to demo the EarthQuaker Devices Sun O))) Life Pedal.
bowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Oh good I thought I was the only one that spoke in different voices to myself...lol
It's not a fuzz pedal if it buzz.
Took me about 3 mins to realize this is the same guy lol
I love fuzz but just can't get on board with this pedal.
Another way to die is a fun riff
Garage rock trey is better then normal trey that is always on the grid.
Yeah but he's eating everything in my house and he doesn't have a real job, can you come take him for a while? I'd like to have my couch back.
@@treyxaviermusic just drive him back dude
Its hard to tell if this is the same guy lol
You can send me my Oscar anytime
Bro
Something could come of this concept but for now... it's a bit unusable imo😂
It's definitely a highly specialized sound
Hee hee
Idk man... I only liked the first sound
Am I the only one that wants to throw that pedal into a bathtub full of water?
Jack White riffs are so easy even Jack White can play them.
They're very easy but he always does one cool tricky rhythmic twist with them that just HOOKS me
@@treyxaviermusic You nailed it ,and they are just fun to play!
Easy doesn't mean bad. Most of the catchiest riffs ever are simple ones. Simple is hard to make.
Cool video but no need farty pedal 😂
One problem with this is that none of those riffs were played with that pedal originally. You could have just given a better general sampling of playing through the modes like any other review instead of trying to be funny, which got super old super fast.
First ahah i had to
Cool video, but terrible pedal... why don't you just use a half broken cable (3$), a broken volume pot 1.50$ and maybe f up the guitars shielding (0$), together with the light dimmer in your bedroom ?
That was awful
This pedal sounds like crap.
it must be called FART GENERATOR pedal. LOL
This would be a cool vid if it weren’t for the unfunny skit.
Lol bro idgi.how can anyone like those ernie ball guitars?? I mean sure I dont like them bit I can get why ppl like the majesties .but that boxy monstrosity??? I jus dont get it. Give me some reasons why ppl would even like them tre. If anyone can give me an idea its u my friend
Well, first of all, EBMM makes some of the very best guitars period, obviously the shape and all that is preference so it's kinda like trying to explain why I like the taste of garlic bread, it's just good.
I actually like this one better than the Majesty. My favorites are the JP15 and the Albert Lee though
300 bucks to make your guitar sound like total shit...awesome.
garage rock trey is way better. the metal stuff is kind of the same as every other metal channel. sorry? lol.
this is really boring
Hahaha jack white has zero good riff, nice try!
Nah he has tons man
