They have some kits out for Boxster's and Caymens. Not cheap by any means. Not worth it either unless you have a really nicely painted valve cover or other noticeable mods.

Subscribed. On the advice from John @Soul regarding my upgrading goals, I'm heading over to Willow Grove Friday with my newly acquired 987.1 CS and having the ecu flashed (time permitting). Will check out the exhaust options also. I'm leaning toward the street package due to potential emissions/inspection issues with the comp pkg. It's $1k more though so that definitely needs to be considered. I want that GT3-like scream!

MidwestPhotowerks I've heard it before, it's sounds similar, just not as loud and less backfire. Although they clear out the majority of restriction. Headers are more of a performance aspect in my opinion, so if that's not a major desire VS sound, you'll still have a more engaging drive due to the exhaust note being less muffled. did this effect the performance/0-62m of the car for the track? since maybe now theres more excess fuel going into the exhaust( if thats the case).
varunjolly the weight reduction will slightly help, there’s a nice low-mid power Boost. Low gear high rpms it’s real Snappy. A tune will really improve on that. Also if you have the .2, a tune will work even more wonders
I know I'm LATE to this video but what kind of performance gains can I get from this? Sound for me is secondary, though it sounds sweet.

Thanks Kareem, great question. You could skip the headers and just go for the axel back + tips and get a similar sound, it will still sound much better than stock. That promo code will save you a good bit of $$$ on any of those options!

For some reason all store bought headers have larger primaries resulting in decreased low down power.custom headers with standard primaries is the ultimate option but expensive.

Is your car the 2.9L or the 3.4L? Buying a cayman soon and trying to figure out which one to get.
I own the 3.4L S, the 2.9 Base will sound EVEN BETTER with this exhaust, ultimately I'd advise to go with whichever the better deal is at the time - both great choices.
Definitely going to go with the 3.4 if i can find one for a good deal. I don't think i could go to a car with that much less hp. Considering I've got a dual pulley s4 that makes around 440awhp, I'd have to go 3.4L. But anyways. That exhaust sounds nuts. And ill definitely be buying this one.

It sounds great yes, but you should've done a before/after Dyno test. I don't even care if there's no performance gain. As long as I'm not loosing any just to sound good

To clarify as it may not be common knowledge, BHP is what manufactures list (295 for my 987.1S) which lessens as it becomes WHP, being somewhere in the 260's I've seen most 3.4 m97's hitting. This is twice the price for a Borla! New comer vs. a well established player. I think you guys are trying to price yourself into extinction.
After hearing both in person and quality of each it's daunting how much better this is than Borla and every other aftermarket I've experienced for 987.1S. Closest would be Akrapovic or Capristo and neither sound nearly as good face to face. Lifetime warranty too, thanks for watching!

Mike here, and I was in the vehicle with our fine friend. This setup is amazing on the 987.1! Only a small hint of drone at an RPM where it would be greatly exacerbated on any other vehicle. We just had a 981 with PDK that received our Long Tube Street Headers and Valved Exhaust. This individual took off catless headers and a system from another manufacturer and was blown away by the difference - again, with no droning! Look for a video going up shortly of the car!
