GPS Shader DIY

Making a Shader for my Lowrance Hook7. I get a lot of water drops on my screen and am looking to provide a little shade on the screen to make it easier to see during the day.

Great Job. Another idea if you still get some glare , you can cut a piece of dark panyhose and slip it over your fishfinder / GPS so you are looking through the hose. It diffuses the glare but you can still see the screen.

if you want something to really match the kayak you can try looking into hydro dipping it

how do you have your x-grip mounted to your Hook7? I have the same fish finder and looking for a way to get my cellphone up there too as I use the navionics Boating app.
