The free quick start guide far exceeded expectations. I have an old thick "rope" rope, and never could master jumping. The guide showed me it's about two feet too long:) The guide was informative and really put together well! The graphics and content was incredible. Don't know I'll do anything more than simple jumps to lose weight, but the guide will help me avoid injuries and now I know to use a mat:) Thanks for the guide!

OK, the thought of Lauren jumping in a top hat has me completely amused. But Lauren has stated previously that a wearing a baseball cap is the best way to keep her hair under control when she's jumping. Don't know the physics or logistics of why, but considering how many other female jumpers also wear baseball caps for the same reason, I'm positive there's something to it.

I have always loved to jump rope as a kid! I am now 65 and still love to jump rope. My son was impressed how long I could jump rope I do it for fun good exercise very tiring though you are awsome!!.
You are truly amazing with your ability to do so many different techniques with a jump rope! If I was younger it would be something to try. Although I am still able to do many physical activities that many people with less years than I, the risk of knee or hip injuries make me hesitant to take up jump rope. Nevertheless, it is still great to watch your routines. Thank you for the great videos.

I got my own cap collection myself. I've got somewhere around 30 caps. I am a humongous Yankee fan and I also jump rope quite a bit at my gym too. I've been wondering about the NY Yankee baseball cap thing for a while now. Even though I'm a LA Dodger fan, I can (sort of) understand why NY Yankee caps are available in a greater variety of colors and styles. But if you were to wear a LA Dodger baseball cap in the original Dodger Blue just once in a routine, I would be a happy fan. Pretty Please?? 😁😁😁😁

I didn't think I had a question but, then you said, "if you can give yourself time in the air, it gives you time to relax." My question is the same one you asked, "Are you serious?" Maybe that's why you look like nobody else when you jump rope. You do look relaxed in a very strange sort of a way.

Had to jump rope at a ridiculous speed for wrestling. I usually put in 30min every day to improve timing and speed shooting take downs. 4s a lot of the time and once I did five but I can jump pretty high. Jump rope is fairly common in the USA for sports and kids do it to play.

Everything about you is absolutely amazing! Except for one thing; did you know that there was actually a movie called “ Damn Yankees”? It’s been been a while since it was made and I actually think it was in black-and-white so that’ll give you an idea of the timing. Your color choices. are awesome but I just can’t handle that logo.
