I’ve played the TOD10N and really enjoy it every time I get a chance to borrow it for a bit. I always recommend the TOD10N and FRH10N to people who are looking for something different while somewhat familiar. It really is its own thing while still playing mostly like an electric guitar. It’s inspiring to come up with new music, as well as trying all sorts of favorites from a variety of genres as nylon style songs, lol. The restring is a pain, but you can buy little beads to make classical nylon restrings easier if you don’t want to sit there struggling to use the traditional method. Btw, as a former university tutor of many years and niece of an English teacher, it’s not Ibani - it’s Ibanez’s or Ibanezes because 1) Ibanez is a proper noun, 2) Ibanez is being used as a proper noun as part of an English discussion. You don’t do that weird plural thing you do with alumnus vs. alumni, which is Latin where adding an “i” to a masculine singular form ending in “us” in Latin makes the word plural. Likewise, there are other words where you wouldn’t do that. Like walrus is not walri - it’s walruses or walrus’s for the same reason : this word is English, and you don’t add “I” to change any singular word to plural in our language. It drives me nuts hearing @Agufish say “Ibani” each time he has to say that brand’s name in the plural form! Now that you’ve invited yourself to GearStreet42, please use your newly ascribed powers to let Hunter know he sounds silly every time he says “Ibani,” lol. I genuinely think he believes it’s grammatically correct when it’s far from it. 😂
I was only joking Re "Ibani" 😜 but thank you for clarifying as I was still wrong... I thought the plural was still just "Ibanez" 😂 Like Sheep 🙈 That doesn't bother me too much though - Agu might be just having fun with it (Although I've not seen much of his stuff 😬). But that pales in comparison to how much it bothers me when people say "eXetera" ! 😡😂
Brilliant! 🤣A very sensible video with relevant observations and essential fashion tips! (Love the Thrash metal nylon strung T style and the last Ibanez neck join)👍👍

This collaboration was fun! Ibanez does so much more than metal. They even do semi hollow jazz guitars. ... 😂 The nylon guitar metal was pretty unexpected. Insane guitar! I've tried a couple of Ibanez guitars at a shop a couple of years ago, and didn't buy one, but I actually like the flat fretboard radius, and the necks felt nice. Right now, I'm just into Strats, soooo.... We'll see what happens!
Thank ya kindly mate! 😀🙏 They actually had a really nice Ibanez Jazzer at the event - looked a bit like the George Benson Sig. (But it wasn't). Unfortunately someone else was using it for another video, so I couldn't get a hold of it for this video. The plan was to play metal on that one too of course 😜

Hi Steve, great vid. Paul can't half play a little. I was very impressed with the nylon acoustic job but it wouldn't be any good to me. There's a nylon strung acoustic knocking around my house that my son did lessons on at school but there are no dots on the fretboard. I pick it up now and again and feel like a fish out of water trying to play it.
Oh yeah Paul is an absolute pro 😎👌 I have the same issue with the nylon string guitars at school. I've just bug a bit of tip-ex on the fretboard and sides to keep me right 😁👍
I likethe Artcore (?) 57 semi-hollow body anf their version of the Les Paul. I'm not a fan of flat fretboards and thin necks built for speed. My highest speed is a moderate jog at best! Good fun with that Studio Rat. I heard if you offer them cheese, they will follow you anywhere!
