I describe how I built a simple grader drag, and demonstrate how it works on a driveway full of ruts and potholes. It pulls easily with a riding lawnmower.
Great job man with you and your asawa (Wife). I also have road damage from the good rains we got this season and am making one of these. keep posting and keep up the good work on the land
I have a 10-acre lot with asphalt material, I use an 8' length of 6' wide chain link fence dragged behind my truck always looks good after I have dragged. PS I have tried and made just about everything as a drag, I always go back to the chain-link fence... thank me later
If it's for occasional and sparse use. Don't even bother making one! Get a pallet, preferably free. Turn the three boards side into the driveway surface. Attach a size chain and have a go! That's it, KISS to it's best. Although these and other more intricate solutions work perfectly well. The investment either in time or money might not be worth. So just go out there and do it... For what it's worth. Since buying is long forgotten, it really don't make any sense. I've been willing to make one for ages. Point being every time I think about doing it. I end up using the basic, cheap (free) and simple pallet. Than I don't need any other contraption anymore! LOL 😂
Simple and effective!
Thanks 😀

im in Australia and its all sand here, this will be great for fire breaks levelled is better than rutted as weeds tend to grab less, thank you.

Awesome thank you!
Neat idea. Well done! What are you working on next?
Thanks, just keeping everything going is a full time job, hoping to get another mobile home in before winter, if time allows.
