What do you think about mid cut helmets? Aint it a good compromise between low and high?
The worst of both worlds.
Oxides video on the Brit helmet isn't very positive for how well it protects you. It seems the weight savings come at the cost of protection.
Much like the 6b47
I've seen it too, personally I believe that low weight translates into being wearable for longer time, so it worth it. Otherwise we all can wear altyns with face shield, which would be glorious, but....
You dont really need IIIa nij helmet. 90% of hazards are small fragments, so Cobra is more than adequate for war
@@RichterFriedrich Frag and rifle rounds to the head are the biggest killers in this war when you take away the actual explosions.
A rifle rated helmet would be awesome, but they cost a lot more than a IIIa helmet.
@sionsoschwalts2762 Are there any?
As far as I'm aware there aren't. And bullet wounds are really rare. Thats why slick platecarriers and high cut helmets are more of a placebo than a protection.
Revision cobra for the win
They are terrible helmets. Very fragile because they are cheap.
All the Runes, so cool
Nice Arma 3 helmet
3:13 You guys got negev? How do you like it?
Probably it is a local license variant made by FORT company.
Are there a lot of head traumas occuring where the helmets are actually stopping shrapnel etc..
One question. Are you guys allowed to use Atacs fg as I saw that many Russian units use MOX as well but the pattern is similar to multicam and both use multicam so I always asked myself is it banned or allowed still for use because of recognition reasons.
Its not banned, ussualy people wear few random pouches in that pattern and that's it l, if you have a-tacs fg from head to toe, you would not be allowed to do that
@@valgear5525 Understood.Saw some Ukranian soliders in uniforms of Atacs with green plate carriers or multicam ones. The camo pattern is good in my opinion.I belive USA made the pattern first and russia just took it and named it MOX.Corrrct me if I am wrong.I know GROM uses it so this is why I asked.
@@valgear5525even with armbands/headbands?
