NO GEVOS In Sight! FEC EMDs ARE BACK With A VENGEANCE On TWO Trains At Delray & Boynton 6-14-24

In this video, we first see southbound FEC freight train 101-14 as we look down at SE 1st St from the parking garage at Delray Market. Leading this train is a pair of classic EMDs, with a Champion painted SD40-2 and FEC 430, the Veterans unit, elephant style. We also see a northbound Brightline train sneak by. At Ocean Ave in Boynton Beach, we see southbound Amtrak train P097-13, the Silver Meteor. Finally, at SE 12th Ave, we see northbound FEC freight train 208 with yet another string of elephant style EMDs leading! With no GEVOs on either train, it was refreshing to see these units continue to earn their keep.
