I don't have enough money for car but i loves watching his channel because of his wisdom in business world. He talked common sense that many are forget.
@@uberhaxonova yeah right, and then they live in a whole neighborhood by themselves. I’m talking about personal residence obviously; and no you don’t need to have a massive real estate empire to be billionaire (sorry if i m being too serious about your comment that was most likely a joke)
I can tell you why in a nutshell, billionaires don’t like paying retail. Also, as a pilot, I’d prefer to have aircraft that has sometime on the airframe, and engines, and a decent number of cycles (if it’s pressurized), as it’ll have maintenance logs with details, and any squawks noted. Airplanes, particularly CJs, are so complex, even with all the QC, if you buy new, you’re kind of a beta tester. It’s usually just little stuff, but then you never know.
isn't that similar for the bigger planes with the big airlines (like Delta KLM AIr France etc etc)? How do these companies test/accept their new planes?
@@ArthurvanH0udtThey have test flights before accepting the aircraft like fly x altitude drop cabin pressure check the oxygen masks etc. many small tests for accepting. After the acceptance plane arrives at company hangar and gets checked out by maintenance gets adjusted for the operation(small settings, company softwares, galleys, security documents etc.) and released to operation in 2-3 days.
@leonardocandela5184 In Australia, they do champion, so get your facts in order 246k + on road costs & dealer delivery you'll get some change out of 300k

History of aircraft which is about sixty years... Yeah buddy, you kinda missed out WW1, and WW2 1950s with that remark. Would definitely not buy a thing off this guy. xD
you cant get a g650, citation or a falcon 8x but you can get a cessna 172 a really old one maybe for $80-90k but then operating costs will be hella expensive fuel, airport costs, pilot assuming you dont have a private pilot license but the cessna 172 can hold upto 4 people you can do inter country with it but youre definitely not going from london to new york in it
How can someone not subscribe to such a channel. Your are being entertained, learning the art of sales, negotiating and much needed people skills
Fr dude is smooth
It‘s cool but it‘s more entertainment to me than actual learning. To really learn something that helps me make money, I‘d need to meet this guy IRL

Car or plane? Car is cheap
A little too common sense… next why do billionaires buy used houses instead of building a new one.
@@augustinf billionaires dont buy old houses or build new ones, they build neighborhoods and cities.

Dude's whole channel is a masterclass in the soft sell.
also how much selling a vibe is important. if the person you're selling to wants to be like you, you've already won
This guy is a great salesman. Take his same energy and apply it to any sales field and you will be successful.
They buy used for value. We all do it.
The more i watch this channel the more i realize that there's nothing different owning a car and private plane, thanks for the lesson sir
Very masculine and competent, that's true masculinity.
Read the book ‘Millionaire Next Door’ this is how they really do it. Only the not so rich go into loans and buy the latest stuffs
And the agent could make a two-way commission this way.
Immovable Asset, like land: Appreciative Asset.
Movable Asset , like a car or jet: Depriciative Asset.
Same reason you don't buy that sports car you want today, you buy todays model in 3-5 years...
Let the first guy or four take that big value hit...
you could also just Charter the Jet instead of spending tens of millions to own one.
How does someone get into this business?
I never buy a car new, eg, an S8 new 300k 6-month-old with 4,600km 160k AUD that's a cool 140k saving. Now that's smart business.
S8 audi? In usa it's like 100k
S8 does not cost $300,000 do your research bud
@leonardocandela5184 In Australia, they do champion, so get your facts in order 246k + on road costs & dealer delivery you'll get some change out of 300k
Tens of millions of dollars price difference on just a few years and flight hours.
My new favorite channel
Well .... I'm going to own a private jet soon...🎉❤

More maintenance used
Same reason how most became a billonaire they like a good deal.
How often do people buy brand new?
Man’s clean bro

Noted
I only buy new jets.
What is considered a good sales month of aircraft?1 per month??
Ok you convinced me... i'll buy a used one.
i don’t understand why youtube sent me here, even i do have money to buy a jetplane, i will think million time to consider it 😅😅
Is the story Grant Cardone tells about getting his jet quicker from gulfstream likely to be real or BS like a lot he says.
If it’s anything Grant Cardonr said , it’s likely BS
Cool Yeah
Buy two used

Take yr point but he’s mentioned it before about corporate & private jets only being around in the last 60 yrs, as the first Lear was ‘63.
He’s talking about private jets bubbah.
Can i get something under 100k?
Lol

@shobhanlol bro thought he could get a private jet for under 100k 💀
Carlos Slim, which is one of the richest man on earth does not own a private jet.
Floy Mayweather Jr on the other hand, own one.
That makes me think.
Floyd is worth 100s of millions of $ , maybe even close to a billion . So it’s not a big deal for him to be able to afford it
Slim has reached a point where people who own jets work for him!
