At 20:50 my backing into reality happened too slow before the going back into trance, so instead of going limp I went into laughter ! But then I realized it could be a form of relaxation too so I got back into trance anyway ! I didn't have much thought parasites, but I sure had my share of yawning and a couple itches.
This was a very nice experience! I felt so relaxed listening to the words being said, and I felt very willing to follow long. The hypnotic trigger for this audio is rather pleasant too. I can recall the very first time I was hypnotized, and that was when I went to a professional hypnotherapist for a project I was working on, back when I was in high school. However, way before then, when I began watching hypnosis videos, I was kinda skeptical myself, about going under. I would observe the words being said, because I had a feeling that these videos would plant weird suggestions of acting in a strange way, and I was scared of humiliating myself. I enjoy hypnotic induction videos to the fullest, and I'm definitely looking forward to future hypnosis content!
I got to the drifting part and truly felt myself drifting, it was.. weird. Wonderdul, but also scary at the same time. In that moment I knew it would work, but I didn’t really dare to cross over. Will have to prepare myself, try again, ans hopefully dare to truly let go next time

A key that may help is to simply imagine it happening to you, but don't try to force the imagery to the front of your mind. If you find yourself concentrating too hard or you try to "force" an image to come, it actually prevents your mind from relaxing. instead, just lightly think about what is being said, and just ponder what it would look like or feel like. When you do this, a funny thing happens; your mind will actually start to daydream, and either imagery or sensations will automatically come to mind for a second or two. If you let it lead you, you will often find that image or sensation becoming stronger. And don't worry if the image or sensation is weak at first. Even a brief flash of an image, or a tingling sensation when focusing on a part of your body is a sign that you are responding, it's just that your subconscious may not be used to doing things this way. Finally, for the "clear water" trigger, if hearing the words only reminds you to consciously relax, then guess what? It means the suggestion worked, because it is your subconscious that is reminding you.
Yes I am willing and ready but no it does not work. Eyes not heavy though I want them to be, breathing never relaxes me, it distracts me and causes anxiety nomatter how many times I try breathing exercises. You suggest my eyes can't open and to try, I am able to open. Tryed replaying this several times. How is my left arm supposed to raise if I'm laying on it? You said get comfortable. I can make my right a move but it's not a force. Trust me I have been in a hypnosis by a different UA-camr. Don't recommend this
