This is the new info I was looking for! A majority of videos about self-discipline use dated info and sometimes advise people to do things that won’t actually increase their discipline. One huge fact that changed how I think about discipline is that you increase it by doing things you don’t enjoy. I’ve realized most people have grown accustomed to doing difficult things and tricking their minds to enjoy them, which doesn’t grow the aMCC (willpower).
Hi Dr, I love your videos they're so informative! However, in my opinion, I think they can be made better if you could simply show each point you make on screen in text. It would really help when taking down notes, especially for MMI revision :)
