It wouldn't be broken if our governments let people work in paid jobs not blacklist them when they have qualifications and talents. Millions of people in the UK are being blacklisted from working in paid jobs. It's why they couldn't afford to fund healthcare. I hate the NHS they are all very corrupt the way they treated me and my friends. The poor people I suppose have to die then because they don't have the funds to pay for their own healthcare?????? Hi am a dentist......Thank you for your analysis 🙏🙏🙏 yeah dentist not respected in world often called paging doctor sometimes not accept as Doctor...bt wen u study oral medicine even diabetic patients gets Periodontal problems,Surgery is done and for pedo is very difficult to handle wen kids don't listen to their own parents expect as listen to us is big deal.... Does Doctors I mean medical doctors don't want mouth.....and some countries don't accept dentist as doctor wen v do surgery I mean extraction(surgical process) if people accept if I don't ve instruments properly sterile and lead to infection after extraction it will be very worse right and minor surgery....even MBBS doesn't in UG grade Dey do surgery after getting in specialist in a department.....it's better to take off Doctor degree from dentist....let be dentist....most importantly DENTIST can handle MEDICAL bt DOES MEDICAL can handle DENTAL??

The NHS are scamming people the biggest scam in the world. Their so called core values puts themselves first before the patients. The NHS set me up to be under mental health services for being normal sane and I am battling since to get them to leave me alone because I need jack shit from them. They are just all about money not health, not welfare and not wellbeing of people.

British biggest problem is to blame others! The global crisis was created by the western countries including the UK by sanctioning key countries that provide resources directly and indirectly linked to key supplies. When supplies are short, demand is still there but the supply is shorter driving prices up. The crisis was created artificially by the british elites and not only british. Stop financing and prolonging international wars, stop meddling in other countries, stop making rich richer. All those money should be spent on NHS, schools, provide free university education, free childcare and elderly care.

I agree that the HCA's and other allied health professionals would be excellent in the Doctor degree apprenticeship. However, i see that they are going to work as porters and admin in the first one and a half years so I'm not sure how helpful that will be to anyone.. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on that?

I left UK to work in Singapore 🇸🇬 it offers better work environment and pay for sure.

Hi, i'm a 41 Australia woman and studied marketing back in my 20s in France, i moved back home at the age of 29 years old, and did a diploma of nutrition and now I'm throughout my second year of bachelor of nursing, in Australia we have the same essues and i'm shoked to see that Australia is in the top ladder of the list of avoiding mortality, i got into nursing to avoid that waiting time and heling my husband who became desabled thanks to our healthcare system (i'm not trying to affanding people, nor triggering anyone), the reality is so sad and sickening, i clicked into your video cause i'm thinking about becoming a PA in ireland (where it's less expensive) maybe the uk, do you think with your new labor PM the NHS policy would change? Or any benefits to the public in the following 3years? Thank you for your insights PS: our pharmacists has the right to prescribe or even change your gp prescription and for my sister experience they actually refuse to give her the same prescription they gave her a different prespective, she had to go and pay again her gp to get another prescription who was the same just so she can get her preventer! Are these skills are mentioned in order of importance? Also, I think we can condense the points into just 3; #1,6, and 7 all revolve around communication skills; #3 and 5 both lead to the same outcome, and both #2 and #4 can be categorized as having solid personality, tying well with the theme of compassion. The upshot seems that what makes a good doctor have a lot to do with being a good person in the first place, this should encourage health practitioners -including myself- to broaden our perspective and not neglect non-scientific parts of our lives in the pursuit of scientific competence.

1) Low paid, I did not study 5 years of medicine which is highly stressful and competitive to earn 2.2k per month net. 2) health and medicine is not very lucrative, it doesn’t generate that much income. Over heads, rent, equipment,staff, disinfection, the list is endless.

I grew up in the 60s, 70s and 80s. There was no problem with the NHS back then, and we did not continuously get told we need endless immigration to maintain it. So the question is 'what changed'? We could see a GP the same day, an English doctor who spoke English, and who was trained in the UK to the highest standards in the world. Now you have to see a 3rd world quack, that's if you get to see any doctor at all.

Mass immigration is breaking the NHS, and every other public service, and causing a housing crisis. GDP/head is collapsing due to immigration, and that is the figure which dictates the quality of public services. Many more people are using the NHS but are not paying tax to fund it. Taxpayers in the UK are being screwed over to pay for the health care of immigrants. I pay 40% tax but have no GP.
