Cant believe people are tight arses when it comes to 250kmh + bikes, be it fork seals or pads. What do you think is between you and the big swan song. 45 quid, cmon. Spend that down the boozer on a Fri night. The oil pretty much costs more than the seals, which is going to be useless anyway when they fully pack up. Here in australia you need a roadworthy every year anyway, and thats the first thing they look for. Never compromise on front brakes and forks, ever on bikes like this!

Very nice work I'm going to do mine and this really helps. Do you have other videos on BB like the bearings on the neck and rear swing arm?
I got two new genuine Honda fork seals for my CBF 500 (many Hondas use the same seals) off of eBay for just under £20, buy cheap buy twice
