Could Tyrande be there for high elves? Some still exist right. Vereesa Windrunner is still around, is tied to Jaina, still has blue eyes so is seemingly devoid of the blood elves corruption. I mean essentially Tyrande hated the other elves for their various addictions to fonts of magic power right... essentially the high elves are the only other group of elves that for now at least are seemingly not hooked on something and they were also present in the Suramar quest line as the elf clans united to save their brethren from Elisande & Guldan. She chased away the Nightbourne maybe because she was more sold on the idea of bringing the high elves back to alliance.

Is the black dragon flight maybe a possibility now? If wrathion manages to revive the flight they'll all be baby welps at first. Which means them fighting in humanoid form is stronger, but they can use their welp form as a sort of druid travel form.
They can have my money, my credit card number, my computer, my house, my soul, and my firstborn child if they let me play as a black dragon with a whelpling travel form. Bonus points for letting me get those sweet red glowing eyes Wrathion has. Just not sure what class a dragon could be. Definiterly warrior, and druid/mage for green/blue dragonflights, but if we're only talking the black flight, might be a bit difficult. And I'm reasonably sure that Wrathion would not get so invested in the Alliance/Horde fight that he sends his children to potentially get wiped out again.
Christian Hansen Tuskarr are actual races, not allied races. Allied races are mass-produced races that are simply modifications of existing races, so night elf worgen could be possible.
An interesting theory... so here is my take on it. Moyra = Dark Iron (that is a given), Aysa = Jinyu, Velen = Broken (from Outland... assuming that the gateway to Argus is closed for good), Tyrande = Furbolg (there are a lot of them in Teldrassil, and would need a new home too, if she recruits ANYONE, that is). I think that Genn might go for the Kul-Tiras humans as he might mention to Anduin (whom he is very close to) that perhaps they should get in contact with the missing Jaina, thereby setting off the expedition to Kul'Tiras. OR they just add the Kul'Tiras human models to the existing human lineup... and if that is the case, THEN Mekkatorque could have something to do with Mecha or "Junker" Gnomes. For the Horde side, as you said, Baine has us recruit the Highmountain (wish it had been Taunka though), and Liadrin sends us after the Nightborne... so with the ones left I'd say Rokhan will be the one who sends us to Zandalar (at the urgence of Thrall, perhaps), and Saurfang to lead us to the Draenor Orcs, Ji Firepaw = Mogu (rather than the Hozen, simply becasue the Zandalar also have strong ties to the Mogu, and Etrigg = Ogres (OR Mok'Nathal because of Rexxar). If Gallywix wasn't so self-centered, perhaps the Gilblin could have joined, or Nathanos could represent the Dark Rangers (thereby giving us the Undead Elves) Again... just my opinion... ^_^
Tyrande could be there for Furbolgs. There is at least one tribe of Furbolgs that is allied with the Night Elves already, and they could use the Pandaren skeleton. Ji could be there for Yaungol. Could also be Mogu, but while Mogu would be cool and would work as they're built on the Draenei skeleton, they weren't really our allies at any point. Rokhan could be there for the Forest Trolls. The Horde has a mutually beneficial agreement with the Revantusk at the moment. They could seal that deal into a true alliance.
As seen in the BfA intro, Zul's Zandalari and Rastakhan's Zandalari are actually one in the same. When we free Saurfang from the Stormwind Stockades we also free not just Princess Talanji, but also Zul himself, who at that point is still loyal to Rastakhan. Through Zandalar questing he eventually betrays Rastakhan and his followers become separatists. Technically the Mogu's ancient alliance was to the Zandalari royalty which they were following by proxy of Zul in MoP, so really they should still be allied to Rastakhan in BfA. But really I expect the Mogu clans to split on the issue and take sides, from which point the Horde could ally with those that side with Rastakhan because they have more honor or something.
These days? Nathanos Blightcaller was Human Ranger prior to Arthas betrayal. He was ranger in 2nd war. You had quest in Vanilla to kill him, if you played Alliance. Scrub.
How hilarious would it be if Mekkatorque was in the Alliance embassy just to tell you there is a hooded gnoll outside who wants your help with taking over the gnoll tribes, and wants to swear allegiance to the Alliance in return
i think a more probable allied race for Nathanos would be undead with a human skeletons like him, going along with the theme of Void Elves and Nightborne having a skeletons of a race of the opposite faction
Good idea but I think Nathanos is gonna betray Sylvanas so undead humans with skin would be Alliance only if he betrays her afterwe make them a horde race first. He betraying Sylvanas is just my opinion so don't deal too hard on that.
I doubt Nathanos is going to betray Sylvanas... I know they're building up to something big with him, given his model has had another update, but the 'sudden but inevitable betrayal' is not likely. He has known Sylvanas since he was a young man, she taught him everything he knows about being a ranger. He was her protege. On top of all of that, upon becoming undead, she freed him from the Lich King's control, and he pretty much took Varimathras' place as her second after the Battle of Undercity. He's not expressed any major criticism whatsoever of Sylvanas or her agenda and has served her unquestioningly the whole time he has been Forsaken. Yeah him betraying her would be a big mind-fucking plot twist, but as it stands, based on what we know about him, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
If alliance gets the Vulpera just to give them the goblin skeleton, then horde needs to get a worgen skeleton. Factions traded night elf and blood elf skeletons already, so we're 1-1.
Alexander Tsamourlidis If they imprisoned their own daughter & your character for no reason at all other, then I don't think they'll be too happy to see Genn or anyone else. Jaina should be the one to recruit Kul'Tiras humans. Genn can recruit the Night Elf Worgens.
Antonio I would expect that they imprisoned you precisely because of Jaina. She let the horde kill her father, pretty sure that that in Katherine’s eyes would count as killing him.
If tortollan become a horde race i will throw my colours aside and pledge myself to the horde for eternity... and pay blizz £6000 for all the faction changes as i am too lazy to level tortollan up but still i want that race!
The Night Elves and High Elves have been becoming a lot more chummy in these recent expansions, I think partially due to their mutual hatred of their Blood Elf cousins. I wonder if Tyrande could be there to recruit the High Elves the same way Liadrin is there to recruit the Nightborne. Especially if we get Dark Rangers (undead elves) for Horde we would still have an equal number of elves between Horde and Alliance.
I'd like to throw my 2 cents in for who Genn might give us. Vrykul? I mean, he did technically free the Val'kyr that Sylvanas was torturing with Helya's lantern. If it wasn't for him, she'd still be enslaved. Maybe the Stormheim Vrykul are thankful so as a result they join the Alliance. Just a hopeful idea :P
What about Amani trolls for Rokhan, using a more bulky troll model, and Wildhammer dwarves in contrast for the Alliance (maybe recruited by Mekkatorque)
Yeah... the Blood Elf people had a lot of trouble adjusting to joining the Horde in the first place, hence Lor'themar Theron's crackdown on dissenting opinions in Silvermoon. There would be a full blown riot and possibly a coup against Lor'themar's regime if he agreed to ally with the Amani or did nothing to try and stop it.
Jeff Engert Theres also another Forest Troll tribe that is already part of the Horde in the Hinterlands that could be an option, but the Amani would be way cooler. Also, if Blizz really wanted to add Amani to the game, they probably could find a way to incorporate them into the Horde without offending the Belfs
I don't see how... ever since the Highborne ancestors of the Blood Elves first landed in Quel'thalas and founded Silvermoon, there has been nothing but intense hatred between the High Elves and the Amani trolls. They even dragged the first human kingdom, Arathor into this thousands of years long war (hence the first human mages and the founding of Dalaran). Zul'jin was even ready for his people to rejoin the Horde until the Blood Elves got there first. It is within the realm of possibility for the Blood Elves to tolerate the Darkspears and the Zandalari because they don't have as bitter of a history with them as they do the Amani.
robert mcdermott they did, theyre on the horde and changed their name to blood elves after they were massacred by Arthus. The ones remaining who are still loyal to alliance are too few to make sense lore wise as a playable race.
If San’layn and Mechagnomes are a thing, that would facilitate going to Northrend, which could include Azjol Nerub. If the we go back to Panderan need an ally, they would need a race with both m&f models... Mogu.
Jinthus this is the most logical choice. I could finally play undead without wearing rags. Just use human or elf death knight models as a base, and update them slightly. It’s such a good idea, so I would be surprised if we didn’t get it
Jinthus I really thing this is gonna happen I mean the skinny humans have the undead female model so my guess is horde is gonna get a race with the human model aka human like undeads :P
I have to say, your enthusiasm is infectious. To this point, I've not been overly excited about expansion races (although my void elf just hit 100 yesterday, so there's that.) After watching this video, I'm feeling some excitement about the possibilities. Thank you for sharing.
love how the random toon at 2:40 photo bombs his feed --- jumps up and into the frame of focus and then is gone just as quick -- nice one whoever you were -- CLAP CLAP CLAP!!!
so far, literally everything taliesin has ever said in all his videos has always been true. We can safely say all these allied races are now 100% confirmed!
You may be right. I keep thinking there is a quest hub where there are neutral Vrykul (non-Einherjar copies)...I may be wrong. Anyhow, I will keep hoping until I can bribe the correct Blizzard official.
I want you to know this is fact because I will be very important to determine who will be the next Allied races. Every race in each of the Horde and the Alliance has a counterpart in the opposing factions. Humans, Orcs. Dwarves, Trolls. Gnomes, Goblins. Night Elves, Blood elves. Worgen, Undead. Dranaei, Tauren. Void elves, Nightfallen. Lightforged, High Mountain. Zandalari, Dark Iron Dwarves Are you starting to notice a pattern here? You could say there's a theme going on here.
this dude is next level charismatic and interesting, only dude on youtube i can watch lore videos and actually watch the whole thing. your the shit, sir
Hemming fingers crossed, except their change form ability will probably be just a rip off of the druid travel form, given size issues with most doorways. Also might be how we get the high Elf characters, as the transformed forms of dragons
FYI, the Pandarian final tutorial quest is broken int he game. It originally ended with King Wrynn; however, because he is dead, the final quest can no longer be obtained or completed. More likely than not, the Pandaran tutorial quest line with now end in the Embassies.
Why wouldn't the Higborne be the allied race for the Night Elves? Sure, it'd be yet another elf race added to the mix, but Blizzard did this to themselves. The Highborne are the reason why you suddenly had Night Elf mages in the Cataclysm expansion.
And yet they added Draenei with gold tattoos that were somehow another race. All of the Allied races are redundant in some way, and I feel the High Elves have enough history to be separate from Blood Elves. They even have their own faction within the Alliance - the Silver Covenant.
Yeah, but honestly, most trolls hate elves, and the nelfs basically said f your traditions and made their own. Plus at this point, almost all Dark Trolls would be nelfs now. There might be a few left but not enough to call an allied race.
Well there were enough Dark Trolls in the Battle for Hyjal (and overall in WC III they were quite common as NPCs + they coul be hired in camps) .. but that's about 15 years ago or more and I don't know how many of them were kiled or how big their population was/is so who knows? Nevertheless they are not present in WoW
8:01, I think that whole thing alludes to Velen quite literally taking a backseat for other characters. His character arc is basically done. The Draenei did what they set out to do, Velen's entire life has come full circle. Now he's in the background for other characters. The other option are the Krokuul or the Stillpine Firbolgs.
SlowMusic Lore wise I’m pretty sure feral nelf worgen were also technically freed with both the scythe of elune and the same spell that helped human worgen. And they chose to live on their own or assist the cause of the Gilneans This is pretty evident in the starting zones of the undead and worgen where the feral worgen are being recruited
A few other clans are also apart of the Horde as well if I remember correctly, but I would prefer Draenor Ogre. More of those interesting Ogre magi (Non-two headed) please.
Rexxar could go fetch us some playable Ogres, which a massive group of players (myself included) have wanted for years. They even have full armor, their own models/skeleton/animations. It would be so easy to do.
Turns out that this is likely confirmed, with the pre-patch coming out, Moira has changed location and added a banner for the Dark Iron recruitment, and Eitrigg has been moved slightly next to a new Mag’har recruitment banner
Whichever way the Vulpera go assuming we get them, I'll either be grinding rep on my Tauren pally, or on one of my numerous Alliance characters (Because I'm an alliance player but love their models and want to level one)
If you are okay with sacrificing not being able to use your mount collection and not being able to enter inns and other areas due to their large height. Then sure.
Nonsense argument. That only shows you haven't educated yourself about the topic. If a character can enter smaller doorways or not is only dependant on its collision box. Which can be easily adjusted on these larger races like Vrykul or Ogre. And the player model Vrykul could only be 1 or 2 heads bigger compared to Tauren and would fit a lot of doorways just fine, with a little collision box adjustment.
One thing about Velen and why he could be there. While the broken of Argus may be out of our reach, the broken that the draenei took with them are not. He could introduce them as a playable allied race in the same way that Moira is bringing in the dark irons.
Tyrande isn't there to introduce us to Night Elf/Worgen hybrid, nope, she's gonna lead us to the Wildhammer Clan. As you said, the Night Elves and Gilneans are besties, but Gilneas is a big city, too much stone and pavement for a Night Elf, they will find their way to the Hinterlands (it does have a link to the Emerald Dream, 'member?) and befriend the Wildhammer Dwarves, the most naturalistic of the Dwarf clans. So yeah, Dwarf druids anyone?
why would anyone want more dwarves for alliance, or hell elves for any faction for that matter, they have pretty much drowned out the whole game already with elves, and 2 dwarf races are enough, I am sure the majority of us want to see actual new races introduced like Ogre's and or even Hozen and Naga actual races that are't gonna be the same run of the mill bs of shorties and long ears
We don't know, because for some reason Blizzard REALLY doesn't like interspecies romance and children for some reason. Thrall's wife was literally created to end fans pairing Thrall with Jaina. I mean yeah there's still a few, either Human or Orc Hybrids, but they are rare. Which is odd given that as of Mists of Pandaria, the 2 factions are each made up of 7 races, more if you count the unplayable ones like the Stonemaul Ogres.
Makeup. Or Lightforged pixie dust. You know, the big shiny trail where the Xenedar crashed. You mash a few T'paartos and apply it to the affected area.
WowJedi we most likely wont get forsaken elves because for the same reason that high elf and blood elf look identical so do void elves and undead elves
Ji Firepaw bringing in turtles? Why? Yeah, he sure has experience with turtles... with WANTING TO BLOW UP A HUGE, ISLAND-SIZED TURTLE. :D Can totally see him befriend the tortollan chieftain... "I got a spear in my shell since the last skirmish..." Ji: "I got a solution for that!..."
Indeed, it worked so well that we even gave Shen Zin Su a new patch of grass. I'd envision Aisa to have more luck with the tortollans if they ever get added, but something about them tells me "same fate as the tuskarr".
It's worth noting that along with Garrosh, Saurfang, and Sylvanas, Rokhan was present in the Horde Expedition to Northrend. It could be that Rokhan is there to send the players to get the taunka to make good on their pledges to serve the Horde. They make more sense than most allied races as they are actually already officially part of the Horde.
There is also the rumor that Bolvar and Alextrasza will each join one of the factions - I wonder if that would give us additional allied races, or if it would be story only.
Noah Acevedo Eredar are fully capable of making their own decisions. And it’s pretty clear that even though the Legion is seemingly finished, demons will not be going away any time soon.
The problem I see with jinyu is that the horde counterpart would more than likely be the hozen and the models that hozen have I can only imagine would be quite difficult to get gear to fit on and customize. It also seems like they haven't exemplified a level of intelligence or cunning that would allow them into the horde
Bellular as playable race!!!
Racial ability: Will go on a murder spree, if not fed with datamined information about upcoming features in wow each day
Søren Bjerg because it has been so long. So very long.
Second Racial ability: Spawns a picture of Jaina, which gives the caster a threat boost
Racial passive: Uploading spree: Stamina increased by 9001
Yeah I don't understand the hard on people have for Bellular's pomp and pretentiousness
Racial: only talks about the new leveling system hahaha
Rokhan traveled with rexxar when he enlisted the help of the ogres for the Horde, therefor he could be there for the ogres.
+Just Hics Oh god
Please be ogres.
I have wanted playable ogres since they added Blood Elves. I hope this is the case and we finally get them.
Stonemaul are already allied, so it makes sense.
Wonder what the female oger would look like...wait let me stop there i don't want that mental picture
I think they should just give Undead characters a lot more character customization, different human/elf features
Nestar Bear like the new human models - at least at some ears and faces
I feel the same about the Draenor Orcs. It's the blandest of the set imo and it's better off as an added customization feature. There's no reason to fill up an allied race slot, just to let people have brown orcs.
Maybe draenor orcs can be colored as brown color variety, black and grey. Also adding tattoos or war painting.
RozzanaRose well if they were brown orcs that came through the park portal then maybe but I think Ion meant the orcs from Alternate Timeline Draenor who would definitely require their own unique unlock
I know he meant them, but I hope Blizzard doesn't use em. Why? Bc it opens up a huge can of worms lore wise and I'd rather pretend that expac never happened 💀
Races i want to play
The Broken
Aarakoa
Draenor Orcs
Vulpera
Those Snake People
The Kul Tiras People

and of course, the only playable race ive wanted since vanilla.... Murlocks
And also maybe Tuskar and Vrykul, but probabably not
+Phoenix
Ethereals
Arakkoa
Draenor Orcs
Ogres
Gilgoblins
Forest Trolls
Mantid (if any are around though they would probably serve C'thun and not join us)
Nerubians (unlikely because of skeletons)

Devin Campbell your list is fucking dope. I indorse that shit
Quillboar !
jesus rodriguez Tell that to Elisande. She seems to think they’re different lol
Malfurion probably is sleeping again lol.
I think he will burn with Darnasus...
Michael Ciotta hopefully he rest forever until his brother Prince Charming calms along to save the day
If he dies with Teldrassil, I doubt that will be the last we see of him... perhaps his disembodied spirit will permanently reside in the Emerald Dream.
But then again, his story doesn't really have anywhere else to go at this point, so he might very well die soon.
Michael Ciotta make sense his story was pretty much wrapped up after Xavius death
But i dont want him to die :(((
Coin of many faces has a chance to turn you into a Hozen. The animations for a caster work just fine so....
HELLS YEAH
The model isn't new tho, I've had this happen to me in Tomb of Sargeras... but hope still remains :D
You get a like from taliesen for this I was 4 mins slower and put the same thing damn so close Hahaha, I dream of a king of shit show like oh well maybe another day
Here's a like from me :D
Yay thank you

Undead need an overhaul. They should be able to have all races that are playable as undead. Not just dead humans
Malohn so Death Knights basically
@valentin
yes billy, the death knights are undead, very good!

THIS IS WHAT WE NEEDED IN THIS EXPANSION!!!
The elfs would just be wisps
Elune is... Elune. We've transcended human intelligence.
Ty for the shoutout.
Pyromancer a shoutout might not be just a shoutout. We must get our heads down and find out ehat it REALLY means!
Pyromancer how are you so smart?? Do you watch rick and morty?XD

Gary Taylor
I was about to say that lol
Gary Taylor
Exactly, Blood Elves weren't a thing until after Sylvanas made the Forsaken even.
That's what me and my brother both have been saying for years, that is very frustating isn't it that they neglect this fact
Christopher Swaim all we gotta do is go over all the undead that aren’t affiliated with any factions or broke off from the Scourge. Would love to go back to Northrend.

Merijn Schaap my friends were discussing this but it makes more sense as a hero class than a race
Night Elf Worgen would be a massive waste. Give the people what they really want.
Tuskarr.
+Christian Hansen Amen
Christian Hansen
Tuskarr are actual races, not allied races. Allied races are mass-produced races that are simply modifications of existing races, so night elf worgen could be possible.
Rocket Raccoon Tuskarr are, if I recall correctly, a race wich had originally the same ancestors as tauren
Edelian You mean the TAUNKA.
Yes plz..I needed to be a Tuskarr.
DID YOU JUST HINT AT DRAGONS BEING PLAYABLE
An interesting theory... so here is my take on it. DUDE, the MOGU. BRILLIANT , how could i forget them. That would be so bad-ass!
Imma go with what was said and say that Saurfang is sending is to the Zandalari and Eitrigg takes us after Draenor orcs.
Hayvén...
That make me teared
seila mano me too :( I miss him
Your Pala is called Hayven. I'm Not crying you're crying

In the Light We Are One
Tyrande could be there for Furbolgs. There is at least one tribe of Furbolgs that is allied with the Night Elves already, and they could use the Pandaren skeleton.
Ji could be there for Yaungol. Could also be Mogu, but while Mogu would be cool and would work as they're built on the Draenei skeleton, they weren't really our allies at any point.
Rokhan could be there for the Forest Trolls. The Horde has a mutually beneficial agreement with the Revantusk at the moment. They could seal that deal into a true alliance.
Commander Javik Yes to forest trolls!
www.wowhead.com/achievement=944/they-love-me-in-that-tunnel
Mogu could be it, they were allied with the Zandalari and now the Horde is allying with the Zandalari too.
That's true, but Zul's Zandalari, not Rastakhan's Zandalari (which we will be playing) were allied with the Mogu, I think.
Taliesin, you might have missed that they added High Elf Sorceress' in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind and in the Void Elf Telogrus Rift...
Give us dark rangers. Like, now please. Thanks.
That's undead hunters.
Dragon x62 dark rangers are dead high elves
Except there is an important Dark Ranger that's a human these days. Can't remember the name, but he's in the video
These days? Nathanos Blightcaller was Human Ranger prior to Arthas betrayal. He was ranger in 2nd war. You had quest in Vanilla to kill him, if you played Alliance.
Scrub.
I don't particularly like regular gnomes, but Mechagnomes would be cool lol.
no one will make a normal gnome ever again xP
JJ Correia I'll still play regular gnomes, probably only make one mechagnomes
Michael Ciotta
Imagine all the robot jokes
How hilarious would it be if Mekkatorque was in the Alliance embassy just to tell you there is a hooded gnoll outside who wants your help with taking over the gnoll tribes, and wants to swear allegiance to the Alliance in return
I'd love if Gnome could become cyborgs and attach mechagnome parts on themselves..
But then I'd want that as a standard cosmetic for engineers..
I JINYUenly think that Jinyu would be a great allied race... I'll take my leave now
They don't have unique animations sadly. All night elf male animations, still would be a dope restoration shaman.
Naga for Horde and Jinyu for Alliance sounds extremely plausible
They'll be about as popular as pandaren. Which is to say, not at all.
I am a Pandaren and I would be offended by that but it's true
Mogu for horde and Jinyu for alliance
i think a more probable allied race for Nathanos would be undead with a human skeletons like him, going along with the theme of Void Elves and Nightborne having a skeletons of a race of the opposite faction
And we need Dark Rangers in WoW...like.....now
Good idea but I think Nathanos is gonna betray Sylvanas so undead humans with skin would be Alliance only if he betrays her afterwe make them a horde race first.
Alleria: Void elves, Turalyon: Lightforged Draenei, Moira: Dark Iron Dwarves, Tyrande: Furbolgs?/Dark Trolls?, Aysa: Jinyu, Genn:?, Velen: Broken Draenei?, Mekkatorque: ?
Liadrin: Nightborne, Baine: Highmountain Tauren, Rokkan: Zandalari?, Gallywix:?, Ji Firepaw: Hozen, Nathanos:?, Eitrigg: Draenor Orcs?
Gallywix: Hobgobblins
They could give the gnomes and Goblins the tinker class, where we could use at max level a full robot armor like the mount one
+Daddy Fat Saxx I'd play a Tinker and would be very happy if it is Goblin and Gnome restricted like Demon Hunter in Night Elf and Blood Elf restricted
Dragon x62 More like Gilgoblin esp if the alliance got Jinyu.
+eternallegacy89 I agree on the Gilgoblin part
Nathanos will give us Undead Elves, I know it!
Every possible race undead
San'layn vampires
God I hope not to many elves already
If alliance gets the Vulpera just to give them the goblin skeleton, then horde needs to get a worgen skeleton. Factions traded night elf and blood elf skeletons already, so we're 1-1.
Alexander Neal They could give Saberon to the Horde.
Lord Perrin Goldeneyes I'd be down with that. I don't know how they'd fit it in with the new expansion though.
Andrew it's a modified skeleton, but it's definitely the NE skeleton with the same animations and dance.
Zug Zug that would be pretty sweet tbh
+Zug Zug How the hell do the Saurok fit don't they hate everybody?
Well we know that the Kul'tiran are humans who descendent from "Gilnean Explorers" so there's your connection to Genn
Teenage Mutant Ninja Tortollans
You are sad.
I wish they would add the centaur races.
T'paartos!
HolyHell0305 it's fun to say to the people playing with a light forged Draenei tho.
Ok.
clickbait much? don't tease us with Whitehead and then just talk about some video game the whole time
TF is whitehead, this is a World of Warcraft Video
Damn! That Pyromancer burn!
Flutesrock8900 tbh pyros channel is at this point more a conspiracy theory channel than a theory one
Completely agree. Thought it was kind of fun watching at first but I've gotten tired of him reaching for threads and connecting them at random.
I love where he goes with his channel, no one else is really doing it
I'd like to throw my 2 cents in for who Genn might give us. Vrykul? I mean, he did technically free the Val'kyr that Sylvanas was torturing with Helya's lantern. If it wasn't for him, she'd still be enslaved. Maybe the Stormheim Vrykul are thankful so as a result they join the Alliance. Just a hopeful idea :P
Stephie C hyyyyyyped!
That sounds very plausible and would be highly liked! I honestly forgot all about them until you mentioned it lol
Stephie C Or just generally the Valkyries. I know it won't happen, but playing as a Valkyrie would be the coolest thing ever.
Whatever faction (if) Gets ethereal or however you spell it will be my new faction
had the same idea
What people should not forget is that some of these could become just regular additional Races. With you know starting zones and Stuff
What about Amani trolls for Rokhan, using a more bulky troll model, and Wildhammer dwarves in contrast for the Alliance (maybe recruited by Mekkatorque)
Good luck trying to convince the blood elves, lol.
Yeah... the Blood Elf people had a lot of trouble adjusting to joining the Horde in the first place, hence Lor'themar Theron's crackdown on dissenting opinions in Silvermoon.
It is within the realm of possibility for the Blood Elves to tolerate the Darkspears and the Zandalari because they don't have as bitter of a history with them as they do the Amani.
i hope they add high elf as a race
robert mcdermott they did, theyre on the horde and changed their name to blood elves after they were massacred by Arthus. The ones remaining who are still loyal to alliance are too few to make sense lore wise as a playable race.
robert mcdermott they are literally belfs with blue eyes it be pointless to put them in
Anyone else lose their shit at 2:40?
jdub87 that demon hunter just at the right spot at the right time
No, the huge guy trying to get out of the door! He even sits down as if it will help. Poor fella.
Fingolfinator lmaooo
Oh my god, yeah, the big dude trying to get out the door is even more hilarious!
Everything is going wrong in that second
If San’layn and Mechagnomes are a thing, that would facilitate going to Northrend, which could include Azjol Nerub.
If the we go back to Panderan need an ally, they would need a race with both m&f models... Mogu.
This man's pure excitement and enthusiasm is so wholesome- subscribed xD
Playable Undead humans/dark rangers. PLS BLIZZ
Jinthus that’d be so awesome
Jinthus this is the most logical choice. I could finally play undead without wearing rags. Just use human or elf death knight models as a base, and update them slightly. It’s such a good idea, so I would be surprised if we didn’t get it
I mean human skeleton..... it would be cool to have one in the Horde
Jinthus I really thing this is gonna happen I mean the skinny humans have the undead female model so my guess is horde is gonna get a race with the human model aka human like undeads :P
Fuck off you are not getting our undead
Dude what about the high elves of the silver covenant?
akambar too low in number to make sense lore wise.
Probably NEVER gonna happen, but High Elves would be amazing
I have to say, your enthusiasm is infectious. To this point, I've not been overly excited about expansion races (although my void elf just hit 100 yesterday, so there's that.) After watching this video, I'm feeling some excitement about the possibilities. Thank you for sharing.
love how the random toon at 2:40 photo bombs his feed --- jumps up and into the frame of focus and then is gone just as quick -- nice one whoever you were -- CLAP CLAP CLAP!!!
Let's not ignore the fact that model viewer has made naga formatted as a playable race character now able to add character armor to it.
Now all they need is legs.
It's been like that since Burning Crusade, so nothing new. Naga won't be playable. EVER.
I just saw one of ur paladins is named Hayven is that reference to HayvenGames :o
so far, literally everything taliesin has ever said in all his videos has always been true. We can safely say all these allied races are now 100% confirmed!
+Ihavetube Someone better tell Ion.
Leper gnomes PLEASE! And sea goblins as their horde counter part
Interesting take Tailesin and honestly liked 2 or 3 of the races you think would be fun to add. Thanks for the time an passion
surprised he didn't say Tuskar
Im kinda disappointed that there are still no
TUSKARRS
N'zoth give it up
N'zoth I have found you once again
I say the same thing about Nerubians.
N'zoth, i like you
Because tuskars have not a deathrattle for you to summon tem
I want Vrykul...Blizzard...give it to me! Pleeeeaaaseeee
peterbl11 Valhalla!!
Vrykul for Alliance when Horde gets draenor orcs? :))))
peterbl11 no
You may be right. I keep thinking there is a quest hub where there are neutral Vrykul (non-Einherjar copies)...I may be wrong. Anyhow, I will keep hoping until I can bribe the correct Blizzard official.
Hauke Holst Tideskorn?
I want you to know this is fact because I will be very important to determine who will be the next Allied races. Every race in each of the Horde and the Alliance has a counterpart in the opposing factions.
Humans, Orcs.
Dwarves, Trolls.
Gnomes, Goblins.
Night Elves, Blood elves.
Worgen, Undead.
Dranaei, Tauren.
Void elves, Nightfallen.
Lightforged, High Mountain.
Zandalari, Dark Iron Dwarves
Are you starting to notice a pattern here? You could say there's a theme going on here.
Don't forget player models for kul'tiran human/draenor orc
What would be the theme though? Land vs Sea? Hmm, I can see that work.
Zandalari are equivalent to Kul Tirans and the Dark Irons are equivalent to the Mag'har orcs.
Seeing this aflter becoming zandalari trolls and kultirans is so fun :)
I want worgen-night-elves so bad :o
this dude is next level charismatic and interesting, only dude on youtube i can watch lore videos and actually watch the whole thing. your the shit, sir
Is that a Zappyboi I see on your character select screen?
Wrathion. Brings in the "dragon" race. With a worgen ability to change forms.
Hemming fingers crossed, except their change form ability will probably be just a rip off of the druid travel form, given size issues with most doorways. Also might be how we get the high Elf characters, as the transformed forms of dragons
Character slots, zappyboi! I just want worgens updateeeee!!!!
I don't think every character on the embassies are for that. Some may be just as counselors like Graymane and Nathanos.
They’d basically be adding a blue eyed blood elf. Redundant.
And yet they added Draenei with gold tattoos that were somehow another race. All of the Allied races are redundant in some way, and I feel the High Elves have enough history to be separate from Blood Elves. They even have their own faction within the Alliance - the Silver Covenant.
jesus rodriguez I hope you figure out what made you have such a fragile ego. :(
Undead elves...lets go!
Maybe Tyrande Whisperwind will bring in Dark Trolls (Hyjal Trolls) for the Alliance, as they have deep ties with the Night Elves.
Are Night Elf Wargens really a thing, or just cool fanart?
Undead elves! Undead elves! Undead elves!
No no Elves are drowning out all the other races time to cease with the elves, time for some Ogre's son fat men must come
What about fresh corpses like nathanos and sylvanas
Undead elves !
Alyssa So the San'layn which are the undead vampiric elves with the decrepit bat wings and fangs?
No, the Wretched/Withered except instead of being mana-starved they're literally dead
Gimme those Nightelf Worgens NOW! :O
SlowMusic
Lore wise I’m pretty sure feral nelf worgen were also technically freed with both the scythe of elune and the same spell that helped human worgen. And they chose to live on their own or assist the cause of the Gilneans
This is pretty evident in the starting zones of the undead and worgen where the feral worgen are being recruited
So technically even though playable worgen do have human forms, you could just ignore that and rp as a nelf worgen if you wanted
FURBOLG'S for Tyrande!
Taliesin. you're a legend. Thank you for the great content.
13:30 On one side I really like the idea of vulpera joining the alliance... on the other hand there is goldshire...
Hoping for Furbolgs and Ogres
Ogres are dumb as a rock please no...
Ogres will be an entirely New Race with new models they will not be allied races
Ogres have been needed in the horde for a while. The Stonemaul ogre clan has been apart of the New Horde since WC3
I got a feel when i saw Hayven's name has a paladin.. i miss hes videos so much! btw just had to say it!
"blackhand clan"
>8O
Turns out that this is likely confirmed, with the pre-patch coming out, Moira has changed location and added a banner for the Dark Iron recruitment, and Eitrigg has been moved slightly next to a new Mag’har recruitment banner
On his character screen near the top of the characters is a Hayven Paladin
R for Respect
Whichever way the Vulpera go assuming we get them, I'll either be grinding rep on my Tauren pally, or on one of my numerous Alliance characters (Because I'm an alliance player but love their models and want to level one)
If Horde gets dead elves, then ally should have Quel'dorei :')
That’d basically just take Blood elves and give them blue eyes, redundant.
Playable Vrykul pls!
THIS!! GIVE US VRYKUL!!!
If you are okay with sacrificing not being able to use your mount collection and not being able to enter inns and other areas due to their large height.
Then sure.
Kul'tiran male has Vrykul skeleton, we might get that :D. I know it's not swollen viking but it's something!
Cries in Tauren
"That's before they turned her home into the worlds biggest flaming bazooka" HAHAHAHAHA I LOVE YOU MAN
One thing about Velen and why he could be there.
Like, how has there not been an Orc-Troll Hybrid yet?
Orcs and Trolls have been in contact since the 2nd war.
I though aleria gained a void like body how did she end up being normal again
Makeup. Or Lightforged pixie dust. You know, the big shiny trail where the Xenedar crashed.
You mash a few T'paartos and apply it to the affected area.
Tyrande... furbolgs??
How did Taliesin just straight up predict everything about mecha-gnomes...?
I'm pretty sure Lorthemar would throw a fit if Sylvannas started raising Elves as Forsaken
Or he would with Halduron and Farstriders join the Silver Covenant - the Alliance ...
I think Tyrande is there for the Highelves.
high elves? its not happening get over it lmaooo
WowJedi okay but they cant just give a race to alliance that is merely identical to the one horde. It would cause an imbalance
ion said high elves are just blood elves and they're not making high elves for alliance. source: ua-cam.com/video/DkdTS_8Y61Q/v-deo.htmlm55s
WowJedi we most likely wont get forsaken elves because for the same reason that high elf and blood elf look identical so do void elves and undead elves
WowJedi pretty sure Ian is aware of the elf lore. Blood elves are high elves
Wildhammers.
Maybe lepergnomes?
we need high elves, undead elves and vampire elves now
Unless Velen recruits Eredar, now that would be crazy.
Impossible.
Gallywix ambasador for Ogers
Andrew Hummel Rexxar would be more fitting tbh
I’m hoping it’s for the Gilgoblins.
Arakkao ftw
then they should come out with Ethereals or Ogres
Arakkoa make sense too www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/7w1dlv/arakkoa_boomkins_and_allied_races_the_opportunity/
Daniel Patrascu He was saving the turtle' s life, it worked didn't it? ;3c
There is also the rumor that Bolvar and Alextrasza will each join one of the factions - I wonder if that would give us additional allied races, or if it would be story only.
as long as you ignore chronicles LMAOOOO
If there's one race I want for the Horde, it's Eredar.
RevanX77 would love that, though i know its unlikely
The Eredar are part of the Legion, and he Legion is dead so they are as well. Even if the Legion was still alive, the Eredar would be uncontrollable.
Noah Acevedo Eredar are fully capable of making their own decisions. And it’s pretty clear that even though the Legion is seemingly finished, demons will not be going away any time soon.
The Legion Eredar are the Man'ari. The Alliance has Eredar and they are called Draenei. You want normal Eredar or fel-infused Eredar?
Nobody calls the Draenei Eredar still, that only refers to the Man'ari.
great, now if I cant play a fox in alliance Ill never be able to be happy again
The problem I see with jinyu is that the horde counterpart would more than likely be the hozen and the models that hozen have I can only imagine would be quite difficult to get gear to fit on and customize. It also seems like they haven't exemplified a level of intelligence or cunning that would allow them into the horde
I really hope we get the night elf feral worgen because omg the lore!
