    This nightly meditation was the first one I’ve done in awhile (4 months). It helped me release some disturbed unconscious energy I didn’t even know I had. This was a nice reminder that we are so lucky to live to sleep another night.

    I used to go to bed at 12:00 but I have been doing this every night and I have been going to sleep at 9:00 and I’m getting much better sleep from this!!

    I have a hard time calming my mind down before bed beacuse of my adhd. This calmed my mind so much and I felt so relaxed and ready to sleep! Amazing!

    Thank you so much for this meditation. It really helps align my mind, body and spirit. I always go to sleep with gratitude and prayer for humanity. I always wake up with gratitude to keep my alignment. I would love more nightime meditation ! Love & Light 🙏❤

    If you have trouble getting comfortable or have insomnia (i have it too) i have some advice. Make sure to sleep in any position you want weather it being on the side, belly down, or up. If sleeping on side I suggest having your spine strait instead of curved down like you would get on a less fluffy pillow. The pillow cube is amazing at doing this, you can also use a very fluffed up pillow. Something that helps me with anxiety is having a small pillow ontop of me when sleeping. Make sure all of your clothes are not twisted and sitting on your body comfortably, I personally like baggy hoodies to sleep in. Don't overdo it with blankets, make sure you feel just the right tempature for your body. Another thing is making a small motion with a body part. This could be as simple as twitching a pinky or as complicated as moving your head bake and fourth. The things that help me the most is scratching the outside of my lip slowly or making a slow circle motion with my foot on the wall.

    Listening to this AM. I don't use devices at night. But easy to learn this visualization. It really is beautiful. Your soothing, sleep inducing voice is an asset for those who do have sleep difficulties. 🙏 💤 😇

    I'm not gonna lie i had to sob when you mentioned an outsider watching a happy movie, knowing it will work out in the end, because right now it feels like it doesn't. I really needed that. Thank you, aside from that it was very relaxing!

    Hi l having some problem with my stress and get weird stomach ache and can’t stop because of it and what tell you right can be hard for to type the words want to tell you and can do some positive energy for before bed
