- Here is how to install a Universal Ryco Catch Can Kit onto a D22 Navara. This kit comes with just about everything that you need to install on a D22. However, you will need to buy extra hose if you intend on mounting in the same position as in this video. The PCV hose Internal Diameter is 16mm.
The installation was very simple however the instructions are not vehicle specific and you will need to have a basic understanding of the PCV system and the catch can itself.

Yes however check your installation guide as there might have been changes since I made this video.
What about seals problem with that device? Oil leaks on engine?

Hey mate I’m so stone bench top installing in my d22 yd25 and carry a lot of weight is a ecu remap save and worth it as I do a lot of kms so reliability is main thing

Stage 1 cars fully stock recurve are doing it in north lakes not sure about them ?
Want power and reliably at the same time if that possible from the stock d22 without doing any damage or uprgrading engine parts
I cant say as I dont know too much about the YD25s but id start by addressing the common failures such as the timing chain if you want reliability
What's your thought on creating more power from the YD25, mods etc?
Unfortunately I don't know too much about the YD25 engine and its capabilities. I am in a D22 forum and see some posts every so often about power mods, it looks like swapping the turbo from a D40 Navara is a common mod to increase power. That's about all I know, I'd suggest joining a facebook group and get in contact with people who have already built YD25 Navaras 🤙
