    I just got my Jetboots. I got a medium size and they do run a little big. I really like the product. Works very well and I like the portability.

    They look really cool. I just saw that they have released the gen 2 for both pro and basic AirRecovery boots. I have gen 1 pro version and I am very happy with it.
    Just one correction, the second wall plug is Australian - not European.

    Hi, great review, thank you very much! I am considering whether the investment in the Pro Boots are worth the extra money. Actually, the many cables annoy me, which speaks for the Jetboots. On the other hand, the Pro have a lot of custom setting options (4 programs like Warm Up, Recovery, Isolation, and Interval and 4 different cycles like Sequential, Wave, Isolation, and Flow). The question is whether this is more marketing and fun or really makes a serious difference? How are the real usecases? Does someone really need to manually edit the hold time etc? How about the App? Are there special setups for different sports like hockey, running, skiing etc. or is it simply "tinkering" ? Thx for your assessment and recommendation.

    The batteries are the Achilles Heel in this product. How many (battery cycles) to 80%? Are the batteries replaceable or do I have to go spend another $1000 for new boots?

    seems like i’m all their marketing videos with people sitting, like on a bed, with their feet out, the last place you’d want to put an exhaust or cooling fan vent would be under the heels. In any position but prone, that’s going to be completely blocked. Why not on the toe, or the side of the foot piece?

    I have problem starting my jet boots. First, i turn on the power bottom. The lighted panel appears with my preset session duration and pressure. But nothing happens after I press the play button. The only action is the flashing clock under the duration session time. After a long time and frantically pressing the start button many times, they mysteriously start. I can't put up with such unpredictability. What did I do wrong?

    I bought the Therabody RecoveryAir JetBoots. They worked for 2 days and then the power would come on, but they would not start. They were paired and the app on my phone recognized them. I tried to contact Therabody and they only do chat and have no one that can help you with the product. I am so frustrated. I will never buy a Therabody product again. I also did not have the split charger. Could only charge 1 boot at a time.

      @@BestMassageTech right! I think that they would help my blood pressure increase while I am laying down better than the compression socks, and then, of course when I get up to walk around, I could switch to socks. My blood pressure drops the most at night and I figured if this increase said, it would be a good way to get it to rise. 😁

    Great video. Please I hope not to repeat myself. Do they work in muscle recovery for you? What is the sensation, is gentle massagin of the legs? How long do you keep them on, for optimum results? Can you overdo their use and cause side effects or other problems? Do you manage the pressure of the boots? Can you set the pressure to cover, your preferences? How would the use of the boot, compare to a professional leg massage? How quick was your recovery, or how much time did save? What was the effect on your legs returning to your sport, possibly earlier due to the boots? Many thanks..

    • @BestMassageTech
      @BestMassageTech  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, I have found them to help me recover. The sensation is a gentle squeezing massage feeling. They feel more like a uniform squeeze than a true massage. I use them for 30 minutes most times. I am not aware of any side effects from over use. Yes you can set the pressure to whatever pressure you are comfortable with. They are very different than a professional leg massage as a massage is more designed to treat your muscles where these are more designed to move fluid and limit inflammation. I’ve found they help me feel more recovered the day after a hard workout and do think there is a long term benefit to training with consistent use.

      Unfortunately stretching doesn’t move lymphatic fluid, which these are designed to do. Any other benefits are secondary to fluid movement.
