@@Fahadw4 Who else is as dangerous as Urien? Urien is a danger to himself. Look at his animation if he loses via time over. He gets so distraught that he pierces his arms with his fingers bleeding everywhere.

oh man, i used to play street 3 3rd strike in the arcades daily. id win everytime, so my goal was to get the highest ending grade. best i ever did was got an S as the final grade. this was before it was on home console or in competition in japan where if i knew that exsisited, i def would have flown out their to compete.

It's worth noting that the Roman Senate was little better than the emperors towards the latter days the reason Rome even devolved into Caesarism in the first place was in response to blatant and entrentched corruption in the senate that stymied and stonewalled any attempts at in system reform. Typically the senators were the ones writing the accounts too so it's possible that Caligula's tyranny was exaggerated by his political adversaries in the senate especially since a lot of his more notorious moments were basically humiliation rituals to the senate. Far from the only average autocrat to be slandered by their adversaries and have the slander be accepted as truth by many later on if true, see Vlad Dracula and Oda Nobunaga for other examples, far from saints but unfairly singled out for stuff their contemporaries did as well if not worse and with much of their most famous episodes being partial to outright fabrications by their enemies.
