Great video Adam I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Sending some extra prayers your way! The baits looked fantastic and what a beautiful day out there on the pond! it looked extremely relaxing! The fish can't resist the siren scales!! Awesome stuff!!!
Happiest she's ever been, yes indeed. In Your presence is the fullness of joy, at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Ps 16:11 Thx man, truly appreciated!
Thank you much my friend, she's happier now than she's ever been... In Your presence is the fullness of joy, at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Ps 16:11 Soli Deo Gloria
So sorry for your loss Adam but your grandmother is home with Jesus now. Maybe her and my grandmothers can hang out together. Loved those lures and some nice fish too. So glad to see you say a prayer each time you go fishing. It is truly a blessing to get to fish and be on private ponds.
I love that thought John - she joins the "cloud of witnesses", welcomed home with a "well done good and faithful servant" I'm sure. Makes me smile as I think about it. Hard times or seasons of ease - God is always good, He makes no mistakes, He never says "oops" or "now what?"... His plans, His timing are perfect - all for His glory and our joy in Him. I appreciate you John! Thanks for coming along on this one!
Adam sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies for you and yours. So this video you can say that you had a Bob Ross moment. No accidents just happy little upside down fish.
@@BOSN_BAITS a round head is hard to beat, especially versatility-wise. If you know you’ll want to add eyes the Freestyle is a fantastic choice. For bottom contact, that really depends on your style/choice of baits. An Archy Head is definitely the most universal. For bigger moving baits the Poison Tail is great… lots of sizes, modeled head that looks cool, receded eye socket… it’s a winner (and can be easily modified for other applications). Hope these help!
Glad to see you still got to take out the new custom rod even thought it wasn’t on vacation. I appreciate that you continually glorify the Lord, even in these difficult circumstances. Soli Deo Gloria my friend!
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of one of your family. It is always hard. I will say a prayer for your family. I'm sure the making of the baits and getting out in God's beautiful nature having fun catching fish on your creations help in your healing some. Be blessed. My friend.
So sorry for your family's loss. May The Creator's healing light shine upon your family. As for the baits - i dig them! Is it me, or does that fluoro blue remind you of Halls menthol blue cough drops?? 😂 Great video, as usual!
I hate to say it but the ultra molds shooting star system is the way to go with laminates it helped me a lot I couldn't stand making laminates until I purchased that system 😂
I'm sorry for your loss. Kayak fishing with a treble hook needs a moderate action rod or a glass rod. Also, keep the rod tip up. When you lean in to net the fish u release the tension on the rod/hook and ur yak is moving towards the fish. Advantage fish. I have a net that's probably has a 5ft handle. Keep the tension on the rod.
LOL! Nah man, it was awesome and you weren't alone in it! Turns out I DID have more glitter on my face in this one too! I saw it while I was editing... dang stuff gets everywhere!
Sorry about your loss Adam. Flo blue that’s going to look like s/(t man was I wrong. On aside note does Wendy ever tell you. Adam when you are out playing with your bait making fold the clothes in the dryer. LOL, thanks for sharing
Thanks Rich, I do appreciate it. The Flo Blue was a nice surprise, on top AND bottom, LOL! Have yet to get the memo about laundry but perhaps its coming 😆
@@SDGCustomLurecraft it’s been a minute since I picked up any new molds. There’s so many killer options out right now, I’m just not sure what I want. I’m leaning towards a Whip or prey bait, I think.
@@Cradletothegrave67 if you’re after sub-2” both of those are great options in 1.7. Bigger than that it’s more about action… the 2” WW lives up to its name, very whippy, and the 2.3 PB is a nice classic-style boot tail… but I’ve really leaned into the 2.3 Slaybait (in this video). It’s small enough to entice a gill or crappie but the profile is such that bigger bass will smash it as well. The action isn’t an aggressive, more quick and tight… but that’s what little fish do, ya know?! If I need to generate more attention/vibration due to the subtle mess of the tail I just rig it on an underspin. At one point, it almost every cast… pretty crazy!
Sorry.to heat the news of your lose But it is good for her, in the fact that there is no pain, worry, no hate. @@SDGCustomLurecraft what do you think, would be best 3 jig head molds to start with? Looking for versatility mainly.
