So glad you and B8N_TACKLE done this collaboration. It's great to see how your styles though different they definitely complement each other. You both came up with great baits. An as far as copying some bass fisherman I might pick Bill Dance also. Be blessed. My friend.
Thanks man! Trust me… I’m not TRYING to copy Bill, LOL! I just seem to find a way to make a mess of things every time I go out! Hopefully I don’t start breaking rods and falling in!
Did you have fun getting out even though fell? Thank God you didn't get hurt or fall in the water. Those are beautiful jigs. Thanks for the videos. God Bless to You and Yours.
LOL, yeah I recovered. Somehow forgot how to walk for a second 🤦♂️ but recovered and enjoyed God's creation for the remainder of the afternoon. Thanks for coming along for the ride on this one!
Remember the flukes that we talked about: Pearl white with a clear belly black, red, or silver in the clear. Do you think that you can make a batch for me and I'll pay all of the costs.
I actually don’t own a fluke/soft jerk bait mold, BUT I have a bait making friend that does and he does fantastic work. Lemme know if you’d like his info!
He confirmed he does have the fluke mold, you can reach him via email here: stillwaterbaitco@yahoo.com. His name is Darrell, great guy, good bait making buddy :)
Now that was a great video!! Real fishing, real waters, real falling...ouch bro glad you're ok. That Lava Blue Craw is a kickass color. Damn good video++
Knee still hurts, all bruised up, but what can ya do?! And, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on the "reality" of the new ponds I gained access to - I love em!! ... But man... there's been plenty of trips out there with nothing to show for my efforts but a few dinks - a lot like this video, go figure!! 😅
Awesome job Adam! Yes those underspins are custom and best fit swimbait wise for those would probably be a 2" slick swim. Gonna try that same size head with a smaller hook for those 1.7" baits.
Great job with the baits! They really looked nice! And then catching something on them makes it even sweeter. Thanks as always for sharing my friend. You rock!
That bait in the thumbnail would be very good for flounder and redfish and trout if it comes in the right size and plastic. 3-4" with a floating very flexible soft plastic should be perfect.
Whew! I thought you were pointing out a snake beside the trail and I immediately got the shivers. It jumped up and bit you, but at least tree limbs aren't venomous! Haha!!
Out of curiosity, how does the plastics go to the top and bottom of the bait with two different colors when it's just one channel to inject in? Thanks for the informative channel and the well done content, really enjoy watching the process. God bless
Thank you much, glad you're enjoying the content! For a laminate (2 colors shot at the same time), assuming the two sides are close in temperature (and thereby close in viscosity - there are exceptions where different temps are required to get similar viscosity) they will flow into the mold at the same rate and flow into the two halves of the cold properly... the bottom color on the bottom side of the bait, the top color vise versa. Typically, single port molds are cut with just that... the top of the bait on one side and the bottom of the bait on the other. There are also multi-port molds where the baits are cut sideways. This allow you to shoot a belly color vs a back/top color for each bait (think swimbaits). So... its really all about mold design and controlling your plastic so the two colors don't mix while shooting. Hope this helps!
Another great video, Adam! Haven't creek fished in a while, thanks for giving me the bug. I love the quiet beauty of God's creation when I'm out there by myself. Till the next one, be blessed.
In the past I’ve only used Sally Hansen’s when I apply eyes, but these days I use UV resin to attach my eyes and don’t break out the SH. When I did though, 1 coat always seemed to do the trick!
@@SDGCustomLurecraft thanks for the reply. I've been using 2 coats of SH but I agree I think one coat is enough. Really enjoy your videos and they have helped make my jigs better.
Hear me out - the 1.7” works PERFECTLY with the bat jig instead of the normal round jighead. It my killer combo and you can thank me later. 😉. Shoot some up and try it out.
Nothing better than enjoying Gods beautiful creation. Great video as always Adam.
Totally agree John! Thanks!
I like your videos where you create jigs & then fish them. Keep up the great work.
Appreciated that Robert, thank ya much!

A classic!

I like the roadkill color whout the clearcoat always pay attention and look where you are walking
Agreed!
Great video! Those tremors are awesome, they would be great here in MI for an ice fishing plastic.
Thank ya much! Yes indeed, great option all year-round!

That sounds perfect! Thanks again man!!

Probably right, yup!! Props for the BOB love! #BOB!!
Thanks for sharing Adam, that Ned bait color looks awesome
Thanks Rich! I'll be shooting some LCB for my box, no doubt!

My pleasure David! Glad you enjoyed it!

I bet it would! Currently just 2.2”.

Dude... I would have lost it... I don't do snake, eh eh... nope. LOL
@@SDGCustomLurecraft Yep, I'm with you!
awesome video, i like that you both got very technical early in the video and also made it all the way to fishing
Cool man! Glad you enjoyed it! The jig head nitty gritty wasn't the initial plan, but when I see stuff I just had to share!

Thanks Eric! Even without a ton if fish, the peace and beauty certainly make it worthwhile!
Looks like a good trip. How many coats of Sally Hanson hardener do you put on your jig heads? Thanks

Love your videos Adam, keep them coming! Have an amazing rest of the week!
Thanks Tim! Back atcha my friend!
I too love small waters and creeks down here. I small 1/8 spinnerbait is a killer. So maybe an 1/8 ounce modified poison tail spinnerbait. Hint hint.
Of man… that sounds juicy!

Oooo I get so! The shorter hook would be perfect. When/if I get that mold I'll have to give it a try - I own the Bat jig mold!
I just started throwing the hellgramight this summer kinda crazy how good it is
100%! Looks great on a drop shot too!
@@SDGCustomLurecraft I will definitely have to try that thanks for the tip
Sweet enjoy as always
Thanks Brian! Appreciate that man!
Adam, great video, I don’t suppose you would sell any of those baits that you make?
I do sell UA-cam bait builds from time to time. If I do, you'll find them on my website!
@@SDGCustomLurecraft Ok Thank you
Lava craw geez good video thank you
IKR? Sooooo good! I've got a list of baits to shoot in it for my own box!
Great video, Adam.
Thanks Guy!
@@SDGCustomLurecraft Not everyone knows how much fun creek fishing can be. Great idea for a video. Creating a creek box of jigs and plastics.
Largemouth get a bad rap!? Who says that? I didn’t know there were any other fish till I watched River monsters.
AMEN! I hear guys rag on em like they're boring. I love em and think they're beautiful!
What hook is this?
For the Midwest finesse
Believe that was a size 2. I linked it in the video description, so verify me there. Thx!
