You are gonna love this thing when you put a kit on it with a different crankshaft. A 72cc airsall, 70cc athena would be very awesome, paired with a rito full crankshaft/ ajh crankshaft, high pressurize head and shorter gearing for stunting! Greetings from the Netherlands

@@joshe2420 yes, but its only 65cc, unless (which is very, very unlikely) someone still has a extremely rare 70cc kit.

@@joshe2420 no not a gilardoni 74, a gila will rape it. a proper gila makes 12hp. a 70cc athena 10hp, a 65cc polini is usually somewhere around 8.

when comes the bar in the middle for snapping the frame
its real simple
1. put water in the gas tank
2. get a thick pipe
3. weld it in the middle
4. paint it
5. do gas in the tank again
NO! don't weld it. then you can't build it back to original. you can buy pipes that have connections. one on the seat and one point arround top of the tank! don't weld nice frames!!
Perhaps a frame brace could be useful for stunting. Not sure if the frame can handle this front brake.

I would also recommend you to install a new crankshaft ... the original ones don't hold up as much power ... I recommend you a Rito race crankshaft!

You can get just foot pegs instead of peddels but you do have to run with it to start

Have you had any flexing issues with the new MLM rear swingarm on your Maxi? I've heard mixed reviews about it on moped army. Has yours been solid for you when riding/popping wheelies?
No I haven't. It feels 5x more sturdy than the stock one did.

Good video and myself thinking of buying more stuff to get it like yours! Need diskbrake and cilinder with carb overhaul and other ignition! Maybe the swingarm but i think its very strong and i dont wheelie with it. Is it so weak with making wheelies?

And yes its always way more work, i began with one thing but i realised its not so simple so i overhauled my hole bike!
The swingarm is fine if you don’t plan on stunting on the bike or doing anything crazy. Putting all your weight on the rear wheel alone puts a lot of stress on it
Okay Two Stroke J, I've been searching your videos based upon the visual of that moped for those pegs you put on the back. I remember you mentioned it as a sidebar in one video but I can't find it. I'm kind of thinking of doing the same thing for my Tomos Targa LX but more for getting it up off the ground by using the pegs as points to put jack stands up under. I've seen some but they're threaded for 3/8" BMX bikes. Wondering if you've got a part number or something for what you used. Also, I noticed you wearing a Cincinnati Bearcats(?) hat at some point. Any connection with the University of Cincinnati?
The pegs aren’t screw on ones they are just simple bmx pegs with holes on the ends. Not sure what brand they are I got them at a bike shop

What bearings are you running on the spoke wheels? My stock bearings with the seperate balls keep getting loose. Or did you install the solid 1 piece bearings

The stock gearing is 15 up front and 45 at the back 😉
