I was in prison with a guy that contually touched his 8yo step daughter. I did 5 for a robbery where no one was even threatened. Worst I saw was a guy was in there same reason and the mom would come visit. She needs to ne in jail too

A sex offender could be anyone who did anything sexually offensive. That's a lot of different people with a lot of different crimes all labeled under the same label. A sex offender could even be a woman but would you treat her like a sex offender or are women still untouchable even after they hurt kids?

I lived in West Chester for 30 years.
I was friends with Brandon, & my brother was friends with Ryan.
Everyone who knew of these guys knew Vito, wasn't right.
When it hit that he was a chomo, that's when the community stopped dealing with him, liking him, & people started to pull away all together.

Never been to jail, but I have many friends that have done their time for their own past mistakes, and I just wanna say it’s always so fucking awesome to see when someone does indeed turn their life around and become somebody to be proud of. My dad hires felons on his construction crew to give them that second chance at trying to make a living and to be someone. I don’t know you, but you getting your life together, and molding it into something gnarly, is so uplifting my man.

If you watched all the bam related content like CKY, viva la bam, jackass, and random other things, you knew he was.
I grew up on cky and cky2k, watched them on vhs over and over…but was too young to pick up on chomo vibes.
Yup, I remember this. I was a 14 yr old emo skate rat. The show was one of my favorites despite being laughably scripted. Vito's my favorite character who's gibberish and drunken, spastic rage is hilarious to me. I've read the details of the case before but wanted to see JD's reaction. Without bias I honestly thought he was setup by the mother so they could all cry wolf and get money. Bam said this almost verbatim on his Sirius Radio Show once when he was too mad to do an episode to which he vented basically what I thought and cut the feed. The ten-year probation was concurring of no media involvement which hit Vito in his pockets and he had to register as a Sex Offender. I wasn't there, don't know the people involved and don't know if what I read was impartial. My take is that it's an unfortunate event for all involved. While it's definitely creepy and highly inappropriate I honestly think he was just a handsy clown who made terrible drunken judgement and was often encouraged to act out. My opinion of Vito however is he was a liable alcoholic imbecile who let clout go to his Budweiser pickled brain and chalked his career. There was something clearly off with majority of Bam's paternal kin. Most looked like morbidly obese inbreeds that didn't have both oars in the water including speech impediments and addictive personalities. They lived near 3 Mile Island after all. I can still appreciate a good thing even if the person who made it turned out to be a complete monster. That said, fuck all predators with a rusty chainsaw. This is all just my existential opinion.
Edit: Bam's paternal relatives seemed marginally imparied and were difficult to understand vocally. They all seemed congnitively disadvantaged, intoxicated or just intellecutally feeble. Can't think of names but Phil's brothers in the Family Reunion episode and his mom seemed very off.

Me and my best friend went to the Mad Monster Party in the Carolinas. It was amazing! Great artwork, great costumes, FX workshops ,and meeting up with B rate celebrities who actually would listen to you and show appreciation for their fans!
We were at a knife table and heard someone asking us,"Anything good on there?" I turned around and saw this Big Country looking guy with a crew cut, goatee, wearing gloves. I was taken aback a bit but my friend, she was shaking with a huge grin on her face.
Turns out it was Kane Hodder, the guy who played Jason Voorhees in the Friday The 13th. He was so nice to us and did a slideshow trick that involved sliding the knife blade underneath the eye or so it looks.
My friend got a picture of her favorite monster and I got to meet the actor who played Chop Top in Texas Chainsaw 2!
I have never done an actual meet and greet because I’ve been working them with artist before and I’ve never heard of anything as cool as what you just described. Now I super wanna do that!

Kinda interesting, I heard that at conventions most all the actors who played the bad guys from the 80's and 90's action movies like Total Recall, were actually really cool dudes who were some of the nicest people you could ever meet. 😂 Crazy I know. Literally the bad guy actor from Total Recall was said to be, by multiple people, someone who actually engaged in conversation and really seemed happy to see and meet people that liked the movie.

It was hella fucked up for me to hear about it. And I heard this story literally 16 years after he was convicted. Then again, that explains quite a bit at the later parts of Viva La Bam, and why he only showed up in the last episode of Bam's Unholy Union at Bam's first wedding. Either way, Vito is dead and still not allowed within a thousand feet of any children.

I got a DWI and got 30 days in jail and 2 year's probation. There was a chomo in the same court before me and he got 6 months probation. I got the 30 days when I questioned why is the chomo getting 6 months when he hurt children and I didn`t hurt anyone but just got pulled over while I was just blew a little over the legal limit. I went to the store 3 blocks away and a cop came into the store and smelled alcohol on me. He pulled me over when I left.

It really does bring to question on what the Margera family is like behind closed doors. I even remember years ago, way before he lost control of his life as badly as he did, Bam was on Howard Stern mentioning the situation with Vito, calling his uncle an “idiot” but still repeating what April said, that “he was just doing a bit”. I also remember fans of Bam hoping that Vito would be allowed back on television after his 10 year ban from portraying the character had expired, but obviously that didn’t happen when the reaper took his ass down. The sad part is, the way the culture was back then, especially in Viacom, the company that owns MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon, he may have been allowed back on tv. Granted it didn’t help that att television promoted this behavior for the sake of entertainment, and the comical pervert has always been a thing in the entertainment whether you find that type of character funny or disturbing, but that damn sure doesn’t excuse Vito’s behavior, even if he groped adult women it’d still be creepy and disgusting. Bam's life has just been insane even into the latest date. Skateboarding, deaths from obviously hazard filled activity(I try to mean that with some respect, I fully understand the feeling of a friends tragic end by stupid means very well), shady folks, shunned by friends and family, creating his own written and spoken language including a symbol from a band that he isn't related to officially, getting an std from a groupie that assaulted him while unconscious. It is an insane ride and I am so happy I didn't grow up to be as cool as I perceived Bam to be. I know about 30 people from my childhood that have died, about 20 were close friends from my childhood. My best friend died in 2012 and my little brother died last Christmas night. I have to take Methadone everyday. If I let it get out of my system I will be in bad trouble. I don't think I'm on a high dose.100. Some people says that's too high some not high enough but I'm not nodding or anything. I don't do any other drug anymore!!!!!! 😂😅😊😊. I don't smoke weed or drink. You can't really drink on Methadone it could be dangerous. It did kill a freind of mine. That's a messed up story on its own. I live in South Carolina that's why I don't smoke weed. If they would just legalize weed, I wouldn't even do Methadone anymore! HA HA!!!! FOR REAL, FOR REAL!!!! Well going to go JD. Thanks for this motivating channel. I think that happened as the show was coming to an end part of the court order was he couldn't depict himself as "Don Vito" aka viva la bam. I was really into the show due to Bam and element would have demos at the skatepark near me, that was the rumor at the time that the show ended because of him.

I’ve got a pretty bad habit with binge drinking. There are times where I’ve gotten so drunk that I’ve woken up with the shakes and vomit all over my hair from the previous night, and I still wouldn’t do anything as disgusting as he did while intoxicated.

As a grown man who was victim of CP its taken everything i have in me to not live life in prison. What these losers dont realize is that this stuff really fuks the victim up. Im 45 and still find myself suffering from night terrors. These are issues that cant be removed. Because if you try treating them then they get worse. Ive been exhausted financially and now im just realizing that the system is not trying to help you. Just keep you medicated. So when i find channels like this it helps me more thsn any doctor as it shows me that society will stand with us.

He ranted on his podcast how its horrible what they're doing, holding his uncle accountable, and proceeded to blame the victims and how they're just trying to get his uncles money. He blamed everyone except for the actual criminal. I can respect someone always standing by family when theyre going through stuff, but defending a chomo? When you catch more time for violating someone's property than you do for SAing and violating someone's *CHILD* the system is _beyond_ broken. There was no "justice" for those children 😢 Hell, I've known people who caught more severe sentences for possessing a little weed for personal use. The scales ⚖️ are devastatingly unbalanced and harsher sentences need to be imposed on those who violate children, the elderly and the disabled. Again - Thank you. Keep up the great work!
