There is a Frunk button. Look low, it is in the center between the headlights. Also remove the center mirror and you will stop looking for it and look at the digital one, plus it gives you more forward vision. Lastly, wrap the truck, it fixes the fingerprint issue.
I grew up driving pickups. And I love them... until I saw this one. I can't tow a 5th wheel with it... right? But after watching this video I realized: U're right! Lot's of room inside and out and so much more practical hauling lumber and other stuff. Now I'm "Blue" over the fact that I don't have that kind of moola just yet. Oh wait! This is not accurate. You get a few more goodies (that I wanted) and the FSD that it comes with was cheaper than when I bought my model Y.

I own a 2020 “BLUE” M3 (truly) and reserved my CyberTruck back in December of that year. I live in Austin so I’ve been seeing them on the road for a long while now. I got the chance to drive my friends’ CT at the beginning of this year and then I did a demo drive at Tesla a month ago. It really is a treat to drive and the turn radius truly is incredible. My initial plan was to get the dual motor, but when the prices increased after the pandemic subsided, I decided to drop down to the single motor; I’ve got that request in the notes of my Rez but Tesla said the change isn’t official until I’m asked to configure it for delivery. With Tesla not planning to build the single motor until next year, that will give me plenty of time to save up for a decent down payment; although, if the prices drop dramatically, maybe I’ll be affordable the dual motor when my number gets called. Other than the prices, I’m not particularly concerned with which trim I ultimately get. I’m not going to personally use it for it’s utility. I’m going to rent it out on the Turo app as a side hustle. I’m counting on my fellow Texans (and interested visitors) to love and need a CT to rent 🤞🏾 I also plan to introduce it to the Houston and San Antonio markets as well. 😊
I love the Tesla model Y in blue with black wheels and the white interior. However, I didn’t want the larger lower profile black wheels. Now that model wise come with black wheels standard, that’s one less option I have to pay for.
I saw a Cybertruck in real life for the first time today. For some reason I expected it to make engine noises as it “roared” by. And I followed news on it since forever!

This truck will grow on you my cousin got one and i rode it for a couple hours and have to say loved the ride and its super smooth and fast would love to get one in the near future.
The biggest issue is they pay $20k for the foundation series but most of the upgrades are not available.

I ordered several Foundation editions. I've got 3 of them now, and they are quite the bargain considering what one will have to pay after the Foundation period is over. Post Foundation vehicles are absent all the Foundation uprades, and it will cost thou$ands more to have the same options. Pay less now or more later for the same finish...minus "Foundation" branding and exclusive color options. Wrapping one in piano black and one in electric BLUE.

I would love to have gotten a Cybertruck. I have a reservation from the launch event. But, our Y was 45k almost half the dual motor Cybertruck.

I live one mile from a tesla dealership so i keep seeing cts parked there. I was very close to changing my order to a model y but seeing the truck up close and in person i just can't compromise. I plan on owning one hopefully by the end of 2025 if they release the 61k model.
I have a 2023 Model S. My lease is up in 2026, I will consider a Cybertruck then. I am curious to see what the next generation of the Model S will look like!

False. Foundation comes with thousands of upgrades you pay more for after the series ends later this year.

They just INCREASED the price by 20k while dropping the RWD version completely. So you're saying they're going to drop the price another 40,000 to make it down 20k from the original price?
Website says rear wheel is 2025. Pretty clear on the site. The 20k is price for the foundation. They haven’t raised prices at all since delivery event.
@@brandonhughes866 When it was released, the price was 69,990 for the RWD, 79,990 for the AWD and 99,990 for the Cyberbeast. They dropped the RWD version recently and RAISED the price of the AWD to 99,990 and the Cyberbeast to 119,990. That's an INCREASE of 20,000 for both the AWD and the Cyberbeast over the original release pricing... Are you able to order a non-foundation series? Not that I see on the cybtruck webpage. Also the original pricing was all for foundation series as well. On the U.S. site, it says nothing about a RWD version coming in 2025, only option is to order the current foundation series in AWD or Cyberbeast options.
I think those who dont take a Cybertrk on a week long test drive and instead get a Fossil truck are selling themselves short, especially if they buy a legacy BE Truck if both are almost the same price@$80,000( Cybertrk after the Foundation price).

Audio engineer here. Please consider EQ on your voiceovers, they’re crazy high pitched. And get a new mic in studio, the low end Rode isn’t the best fit.

I don't understand why a non-profit organization trying to raise up to $1 million would cap the winnings at $80k. This means no model S, X, or CyberTruck without spending your own money with it. So definitely not "Win the Tesla of your choice" as they advertise.

Tesla did their usual brilliant job on the Cyber truck, but I couldn't decide between the model Y and the Cyber truck, so I bought both. I don't think you need to sell floor protectors to those that bought the Foundation series since it comes with them. I think the Cyber truck is better than my 1941 Chevy pickup truck that my twin brother and I had for several years and my 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 that I had for 23 years. I'm joking of course, they are light years apart.
Demand is largely fed by novelty and people with excessive disposable income or wealth. Tesla, if it can get its cost down, Wh/kg up needs these trucks to be alternatives to ICE PU trucks. The $40k cybertruck currently is $60k and unavailable. I was considering the dual motor + discounted FSD for about this price. I cancelled my order. Maybe Tesla will get their price/range in line with what they sold us years ago. Also, Tesla needs to fix the sharp edges of their sheet metal especially where people potential can get hurt.
I love how people still think Elon is going to take a massive hit on margins just to move more units. The price drop isn't coming, guys. Certainly not $20k. Car companies are in the business of making money, not moving the max # of units. They want to keep margins high per unit sold. Tesla is no exception. There's a reason Tesla keeps their production/sales/inventory rates a secret.
They don't want you to know what the actual demand is for this thing. You're just supposed to believe that there's going to be some massive waitlist so that you'll buy at whatever cost. It's all marketing.
How many shares of Tesla do you have? How long have you been following Tesla? Do you own a Tesla?
The price will certainly drop and then a whole new cohort will configure the CT in various configurations. I also won't be surprised if you can outfit it with individual options that is going to get you darn close to the current pricing. It will be adjusted again when if the tax credit goes away.

Europeans are always amused about how Americans have been convinced to own a truck. Here, you own a truck if you own a business that needs to transport large objects. Then you go home and use a normal car. Sure, the large luggage capacity is nice, but if you only use it twice a year to go camping, then just hire a truck and save $120000...

I live in the US and still have yet to see a Cybertruck out in Truck Country (rural). Cybertruck is for suburban dads with too much money. I've seen plenty of Lightnings and Rivians though.
I just put 5k miles on my CT in just two months. One long road trip, 4 trips to the airport, two camping trips with the entire family and dog and at least one more in a couple weeks.
It's a literal cheat code camping. Love having all that power on demand for cooking and powering the gadgets.

@@tripzero0 I agree it does have a “premium” interior but Infiniti is basically a nicer Nissan. My point is for that kind of money you should atleast have the option of quilted leather seats, true different interior color options that is more than just the door panel, an extending thigh cushion, massaging seats. More immersive interior lighting or at the very least a heads up display. Only thing I’ve seen worth the money is the sound system and acceleration in the Cybertruck
