Myths in GTA games have been around for a long time, and a lot of them have never been explained. The "Falling Black Dots" myth was one of them up until recently, so let's take a look and see what it's about.

Also when I said "did you see it?" at 00:36, you didn't see it at all. Turns out UA-cam processing completely removed the first falling black dot. You'll just have to trust me it happened. 😅

Hopefully. I tried to replicate this on PS2 with even a modified farclip and there was nothing.
It's very likely a PC only feature that's simply broken.

Fact black dot are now fix in GTA SA Mobile if you use Jpatch its like mobile version of Silentpatch
