Also years ago, my friend got a tattoo gun and I offered myself as his gunny pig (soley thinking about the free tatts and not his skill. I was young & dumb!) I always wanted a ball & chain on my ankle to represent my struggle between good/bad. Fast forward 3months later. I was doing a roofing job w/my crew guys, upon completion of the job we all exited the roof by the ladder, I was the last person to come down. As soon as both my feet were on the ladder it fell straight down from the 2nd story roof causing the ladder to and my weight to land on top of my foot crushing the same ankle with 7 breaks, 3 fractures and several dislocations. I was in a cast for 6months! My crew guys always teased me that now I'll walk as if I have a ball & chain and they weren't wrong. It's been over 20 yrs, my foot never fully healed and I can't help but think that stupid tatt was a bad omen... And 20+ yrs later it still looks like crap and is an embarrassment for this now grama... Not every tatt is a good idea!

Throughout my childhood and early adulthood I definitely had a more laidback attitude that many could construe as "lazy." I won't say that this tattoo changed who I was 100%, however after I got my tattoo of a bee, I definitely noticed how much more willing, able and wanting I became to be a stronger, harder worker - what the bee represents. More than a symbol my favorite animal, this tattoo also connected me with the energies of becoming a stronger, harder worker towards my desired reality

My ex recommended me to watch this vid recently. As she was explaining what this vid was about, I immediately saw the Orisha Shango veve(sigil) on my back. Shango is one of my guardian Orishas along with Oshun, Yemaya, Obatala, Papa Legba and Oya. For the past 3 days I keep seeing Shango's veve and I plan on getting that veve tatted on my back. Shango protects me and my children and his energy is definitely strong around me.
this is why I make sigils relating to the different aspects of my natal chart and get those tattooed. And while I’m getting the symbol tattooed I’m meditating on charging the tattoo with the protective energy and intention I want it to have. I see the blood drawn and the pain as a form of sacrifice or an offering.

Honestly watching this just makes me realize I was operating with a good mindset in terms of my tattoos. I only have one but I always made it a point in my mind for it to be meaningful and true to me. The tattoo I have now is a baby angel wit a curly fro( to represent my hair) holding a scroll up with the message "I am always divinely protected and guided." Stamped at the bottom with the African symbol for diversity in unity. Initially the tattoo was meant to represent a younger purer me before ego developed, delivering a message to myself at all times that I am of god and I am divine so I had it represented through an angel as a messenger and a baby for what I feel is when we are at our purest. I had initially had the symbol for diversity and unity because my mom is of Hispanic descent and my dad of African descent, but it's been about a year going on 2 since I've got it. I won't lie not only have I found myself more open to working with certain people I would've been closed off to before (due to being really anti social), I also grew up in a household where the issues of minorities weren't only pushed onto me in the outside environment but also with in the family, the discrimination of whites to any person of color, I've had to hear my dad's family talk down on Puerto Ricans and that's side of my culture, and vice versa when it comes to my mom's side of the family. Even found out my grandfather on my dad's side was always trying to arrest my grandfather on my mom's side because of their differences. Point being I've had to learn to separate myself from certain ideologies and ways of thinking over the years just based on that and I never had issues with any race, but I'll admit I use to get caught up with the idea that white people just have it better and blaming certain issues that would arise on being a minority and since I've gotten the tattoo and I've noticed I've broken out of that was already getting to that point but over these two years I've started to understand what's really important to me and that attaching those ways of thinking into your everyday life and in every interaction is what will hold you back, your video on the four races really helped me understand. I moved with the mindset that they couldn't understand me because our ways of life our different but that's exactly why building an understanding through those difference in perspectives that's will allow us to grow. Doesn't mean everybody thinks like me now but it feels good not to be trapped in that mindset anymore. And wild how the could've played a part in that because most I've been optimistic wit the idea that different groups can pair together a make something greater than what they had initially due my martial arts training and mixing different styles and i never seen color involved with the respective arts it's the knowledge that each has to offer, same wit people it's not the skin it's the soul and mind that matters if you can vibe wit person than their complexion is a non factor, all this to say looking back the tat may have played a big roll in my openness to work with people outside of my comfort zone and diversify the company I keep. It's interesting too because those issue more so set in during my teen years and I started paying more attention to all negativity people of color had to suffer through but when I was young in elementary I was way more comfortable wit associating with anybody. It's wild how there's things you'd never know of you stood a kid but so much you lose/forget when you become an adult. Been about two weeks since I've started watching been thinking of tapping in wit the spirituality videos for a minute because son much I've been told about it was how I already thought and there were thing I was told I would've never thought about but none of the channels really Clicked I stood interested but did my own research here and there but this channel has really resonated with me and has inspired me to really grow spiritually started watching right after I had the thought "I want to master my energy, and be the greatest me." I have 2 large tattoos one on each forearm, my right arm I have a unicorn with my daughter’s name, my left arm a swan with a halo with my niece’s name. My niece passed away when she was 10 years old. Both of these tattoos make me very happy because I love my daughter and my niece with all my heart. The tattoos, (the swan one) helped me very much with the grief process and when I look down at my arm I feel like I have a piece of my niece still with me. New Zealand in our culture we call tattoos...Ta Moko in tradition the men Ta Moko their whole face and the woman tattoo is called a Moko Kauae and we get that on our chin and a small one where our Third eye is, if one is very intuitive, everything is done in a ceremony with family and elders, it is to us a representation of our Tupuna...Ancestors and we carry with pride. It's so devastatingly beautiful! I agree, be very careful the markings you place upon your body! Tattoos were a big commitment back then, because it's like a public I.d. and declaration to everyone who your are what land you defend from, the river, the mountain you're related to. And I'm not sure about Aotearoa, but in Hawai'i getting a kakau was very respected because you cannot take it back and during wars with were frequent, if you are marked then you can be identified because certain marks are only reserved for certain social status, descendants, even occupations, so a kakau can save you, but it can also get you killed or at least targeted. I always wondered if that's why in the past children of a certain age weren't tattooed, because children were innocent and should be protected, and adopted if no one was there to care for them. I mean and the fact that they're small and it could kill them.....but one day I hope to visit Auckland and just experience the beauty of the city and the country, like waikanae beach.. cheers!

Years ago I dated a hispanic man from mexico. He was fine! Bald headed, muscular, hard working & very muscular, all man from head to toe... I asked him 1day why he didn't have any tattoos when he told me he used to be part of the mexican military (which is corrupt w/law enforcment). He said its so easy in mexico to blame another for crimes bcuz they'll just go arrest a man w/tattoos who fits the "profile" of a criminal! Idk how true it all is but I 100% beleived him. He was grown, serious & forward, he did not play no games and the vibe and look in his eyes told me, he was being honest & I was sleepin w/a killer😳. I've never looked at tatt the same after him.

I’m a 19 year old tattoo artist and during my apprenticeship I caught a download telling me there’s something deeper in the metaphysics of tattoos. I started designing a “spiritual body suit” with black bands wrapping around my entire body; with an ankh on my sternum. So far I have the mercury alchemic symbol on my left bicep and some other body flowing lines and bands on my left forearm; For a specific reason. I'm 32 as well and was supposed to get my first tattoo at 16 but waited because I was pursuing plus size modeling and they don't want you tickle any tattoos. Now I'm 32 and my lol girl passed away this year 8/18 2yrs since she been gone and for her death anniversary I'm getting a tattoo of her in remembers. When I was younger and went to church no one could ever tell me why the bible said not to get tattoos. So I kinda decided it was b.s. and got a bunch. I don’t know why but in my mind from the time I remember back at 5years old I’ve always felt like someone older in a kids body waiting to grow! I was a really responsible child! Early on I began reading the Bible for myself because I noticed behaviors of people in church vs when I enter acted with them outside of church was not in line with what they taught in church! Said all that to say even as a child I began to know I gotta find out stuff for myself or be lead astray!

Peace and blessings for this amazing spiritual knowledge. I started experimenting with tattoos using temporary tattoo markers. I draw spiritual symbols like OM, helm of awe, triangle, pentacle, keys, etc. I’m about to draw sigils in angelic script just to see if manifestation works faster.
I don't believe in any actual gods or supernatural phenomenon, but I think there are practical applications and explanations to everything you're saying. Tattoos, like clothing, hair and words are just another way to communicate and like minded people, or the "universe" will find compatibility based on the communication they use.

I knew a man with angry dogs, panthers and other wild animals on their arms. Every time they spoke a sentence. They would make this growling noise. I don't think they were aware of their action. I summed it up as they were possessed by the tattoos. It was the spirit of the image attached to their body.
Sometimes as people go through their awakening journey they may actually realize more reasons why they got their tattoos. In my case I got my two tattoos simply because they resonated with me and they were cool. But as I progressed I learned that one was to represent graduation with honors from the Sirian Starseed Academy and the other represents mastery over the Annunaki matrix system.
Lotus flower, Ankh, Arabic letters (I am light) and Dragonflies are what I have tattooed on my back (down my spine). These symbols represent all of the "religions" that I have practiced along my journey. I have now come to completion and am contemplating getting a Hamza as my final tattoo. To me, the Hamza connects all of the religions together. It is a representation of everything as one. Any thoughts on my perspective, Bro Yosef?

I have one - the constellation Orion. It represents my name, my son's name and my grandmother's name (Orion as a middle name). So it signifies the importance of those people to me as well as then signifying other things more linked to the constellation.

My ex recommended me to watch this vid recently. As she was explaining what this vid was about, I immediately saw the Orisha Shango veve(sigil) on my back. Shango is one of my guardian Orishas along with Oshun, Yemaya, Obatala, Papa Legba and Oya. For the past 3 days I keep seeing Shango's veve and I plan on getting that veve tatted on my back. Shango protects me and my children and his energy is definitely strong around me.

this is why I make sigils relating to the different aspects of my natal chart and get those tattooed. And while I’m getting the symbol tattooed I’m meditating on charging the tattoo with the protective energy and intention I want it to have. I see the blood drawn and the pain as a form of sacrifice or an offering.

Honestly watching this just makes me realize I was operating with a good mindset in terms of my tattoos. I only have one but I always made it a point in my mind for it to be meaningful and true to me. The tattoo I have now is a baby angel wit a curly fro( to represent my hair) holding a scroll up with the message "I am always divinely protected and guided." Stamped at the bottom with the African symbol for diversity in unity. Initially the tattoo was meant to represent a younger purer me before ego developed, delivering a message to myself at all times that I am of god and I am divine so I had it represented through an angel as a messenger and a baby for what I feel is when we are at our purest. I had initially had the symbol for diversity and unity because my mom is of Hispanic descent and my dad of African descent, but it's been about a year going on 2 since I've got it. I won't lie not only have I found myself more open to working with certain people I would've been closed off to before (due to being really anti social), I also grew up in a household where the issues of minorities weren't only pushed onto me in the outside environment but also with in the family, the discrimination of whites to any person of color, I've had to hear my dad's family talk down on Puerto Ricans and that's side of my culture, and vice versa when it comes to my mom's side of the family. Even found out my grandfather on my dad's side was always trying to arrest my grandfather on my mom's side because of their differences. Point being I've had to learn to separate myself from certain ideologies and ways of thinking over the years just based on that and I never had issues with any race, but I'll admit I use to get caught up with the idea that white people just have it better and blaming certain issues that would arise on being a minority and since I've gotten the tattoo and I've noticed I've broken out of that was already getting to that point but over these two years I've started to understand what's really important to me and that attaching those ways of thinking into your everyday life and in every interaction is what will hold you back, your video on the four races really helped me understand. I moved with the mindset that they couldn't understand me because our ways of life our different but that's exactly why building an understanding through those difference in perspectives that's will allow us to grow. Doesn't mean everybody thinks like me now but it feels good not to be trapped in that mindset anymore. And wild how the could've played a part in that because most I've been optimistic wit the idea that different groups can pair together a make something greater than what they had initially due my martial arts training and mixing different styles and i never seen color involved with the respective arts it's the knowledge that each has to offer, same wit people it's not the skin it's the soul and mind that matters if you can vibe wit person than their complexion is a non factor, all this to say looking back the tat may have played a big roll in my openness to work with people outside of my comfort zone and diversify the company I keep. It's interesting too because those issue more so set in during my teen years and I started paying more attention to all negativity people of color had to suffer through but when I was young in elementary I was way more comfortable wit associating with anybody. It's wild how there's things you'd never know of you stood a kid but so much you lose/forget when you become an adult. Been about two weeks since I've started watching been thinking of tapping in wit the spirituality videos for a minute because son much I've been told about it was how I already thought and there were thing I was told I would've never thought about but none of the channels really Clicked I stood interested but did my own research here and there but this channel has really resonated with me and has inspired me to really grow spiritually started watching right after I had the thought "I want to master my energy, and be the greatest me." Thanks for the knowledge
I have 2 large tattoos one on each forearm, my right arm I have a unicorn with my daughter’s name, my left arm a swan with a halo with my niece’s name. My niece passed away when she was 10 years old. Both of these tattoos make me very happy because I love my daughter and my niece with all my heart. The tattoos, (the swan one) helped me very much with the grief process and when I look down at my arm I feel like I have a piece of my niece still with me. New Zealand in our culture we call tattoos...Ta Moko in tradition the men Ta Moko their whole face and the woman tattoo is called a Moko Kauae and we get that on our chin and a small one where our Third eye is, if one is very intuitive, everything is done in a ceremony with family and elders, it is to us a representation of our Tupuna...Ancestors and we carry with pride. I will be getting my Moko Kauae done in time and the person doing it will determine whether I am to get the moko over my third eye, there is a special name for that one, he or she will be able to sense whether or not I have the ability to see through all dimensions and energies as my Ancestors did, we call one that sees beyond the veil a Tohunga...thank you I do understand what you are saying and you are spot on, it's all about energies.

Kia Ora Sis? Bro? Hongi. I'm part Hawaiian. Our cultures are so very similar, even the language is very similar. I've always wanted to visit or even emigrate to your home! It's so devastatingly beautiful! I agree, be very careful the markings you place upon your body! Tattoos were a big commitment back then, because it's like a public I.d. and declaration to everyone who your are what land you defend from, the river, the mountain you're related to. And I'm not sure about Aotearoa, but in Hawai'i getting a kakau was very respected because you cannot take it back and during wars with were frequent, if you are marked then you can be identified because certain marks are only reserved for certain social status, descendants, even occupations, so a kakau can save you, but it can also get you killed or at least targeted. I always wondered if that's why in the past children of a certain age weren't tattooed, because children were innocent and should be protected, and adopted if no one was there to care for them. I mean and the fact that they're small and it could kill them.....but one day I hope to visit Auckland and just experience the beauty of the city and the country, like waikanae beach.. cheers!

Years ago I dated a hispanic man from mexico. He was fine! Bald headed, muscular, hard working & very muscular, all man from head to toe... I asked him 1day why he didn't have any tattoos when he told me he used to be part of the mexican military (which is corrupt w/law enforcment). He said its so easy in mexico to blame another for crimes bcuz they'll just go arrest a man w/tattoos who fits the "profile" of a criminal! Idk how true it all is but I 100% beleived him. He was grown, serious & forward, he did not play no games and the vibe and look in his eyes told me, he was being honest & I was sleepin w/a killer😳. I've never looked at tatt the same after him.

I’m a 19 year old tattoo artist and during my apprenticeship I caught a download telling me there’s something deeper in the metaphysics of tattoos. I started designing a “spiritual body suit” with black bands wrapping around my entire body; with an ankh on my sternum. So far I have the mercury alchemic symbol on my left bicep and some other body flowing lines and bands on my left forearm; For a specific reason. I'm 32 as well and was supposed to get my first tattoo at 16 but waited because I was pursuing plus size modeling and they don't want you tickle any tattoos. Now I'm 32 and my lol girl passed away this year 8/18 2yrs since she been gone and for her death anniversary I'm getting a tattoo of her in remembers. I got African Adinkra symbols tattoo all down my leg from knee to ankle thinking that they were only the markings my ancestors wore on royal clothing and then found out the next day after getting them tattooed that they were ancient corrective codes from outer space and the universe… the African elders received them from ancient people from space. I knew a man with angry dogs, panthers and other wild animals on their arms. Every time they spoke a sentence. They would make this growling noise. I don't think they were aware of their action. I summed it up as they were possessed by the tattoos. It was the spirit of the image attached to their body.

Sometimes as people go through their awakening journey they may actually realize more reasons why they got their tattoos. In my case I got my two tattoos simply because they resonated with me and they were cool. But as I progressed I learned that one was to represent graduation with honors from the Sirian Starseed Academy and the other represents mastery over the Annunaki matrix system.
Lotus flower, Ankh, Arabic letters (I am light) and Dragonflies are what I have tattooed on my back (down my spine). These symbols represent all of the "religions" that I have practiced along my journey. I have now come to completion and am contemplating getting a Hamza as my final tattoo. To me, the Hamza connects all of the religions together. It is a representation of everything as one. Any thoughts on my perspective, Bro Yosef?
