It’s all obviously changed since the Robins and Viveash partnership has broken up. They were a double act - the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Mark is a great analyst of the game, and a great manager, but we miss Viveash. The solution isn’t however to sack Robins. The solution is to scrap all these performance coaches and start again, and get Mark a proper number two.
Robins looks fed up, like he knows this fantastic last 7 years is reaching its conclusion.
Sounds like it's a leadership/discipline issue? I've always believed that the most disciplined, organised and hard working teams always triumph. I hate to say it but Cov have always been a sloppy club. I'd be embarrassed to take a wage if I wasn't putting in 110% effort every game.
We need Ben Sheaf back and Tats, simple as that. We're a different team. We haven't looked good in league football since the spring in truth but Weds was a definite factor and the international travel prior to that another. Sometimes I think having so many forwards to pick from has actually made things worse, we're changing up too often, Simms not getting enough sharpening. I just fear a defeat at Leeds will really see things drop off but maybe they'll start playing a bit when expectations are lower. Stop the booing though, easy to sing when we're winning. Need everyone to pull together behind Mark and the boys. Season starts here, sleeves up time!

it’s just baffling why the guys are not listening to your team instructions …. is it that they don’t understand your vision for them ? …. we have some great individual players and they played awesome against spurs for 88 minutes an today 😣 .. as i said “baffling!!”
As much as i have loved robins rebuilding us from nothing expections change with progress and currently we are miles off it. Tipped for playoffs by many including myself but looking at the way were playing we have no chance. When we have moments of playing well we dont take advantage. Havent addressed our problems in Midfield the defence at times look clueless and i am starting to fear the worst for Robins if we get around xmas if this stays the same

It's a bad mistake to expect the same side to have the same energy and intent from Wednesday to Saturday madness.
Change is a coming… if we are going to turn this season around (before it is too late) then we must show more team spirit. I think the issues are discipline and determination. And discipline and determination. And discipline and determination. And discipline….

Eccles Captain just about sums it up, he’s not good enough to be in a championship team let alone as captain.
There was much worse performances than Eccles today, and he’s not captain, when sheaf isn’t available someones got to wear the armband whether it be Eccles, Allen or lati. Sheaf is still the one talking in the dressing room.
Eccles has been playing better than a lot of players who will never receive half the criticism. I dread to think what would happened had he and Allen combined for that last Spurs goal rather than Sheaf and Torp.

Why the hell did we get rid of Kels. Insanity.. he often played better then sheaf and was arguably the reason we got in the play off 2 years a go.

That was a shxt show today, if you're not turning up to play don't ask me to turn up to support.... Every season with Swansea it's embarrassing ffs.
The diamond midfield is constantly overrun with the away team constantly in space with 2 men left over. We're at Home and we never get a grip of the game, looks like we're playing away.
Another 2 stupid goals overrun on the right twice virtually the same goal.
Why do the opposition come here, shut us down and we let them play in space, they work twice as hard as us too....
This is the same shxt as last year.... Learn some buddy lessons, stop making weak and feeble excuses year after year... And start putting some effort in, and shut players down, this is Sunday league stuff, not £20k a week....
3 seasons of poor starts, that's just cost us any chance of promotion, You've blown the season before we even get going.
IF you can't motivate a team to come out instead of not showing up for the first 45 mins, you have a problem....

I really want Eccles to come good and boss that midfield but i just dont see it.
Mason-Clarke doesnt look good enough.
We sell any decent academy products before they even play a match for us.
We're so much worse off in terms of the squad. Its so disappointing.
When we signed Mason-Clarke in January, I thought, "theres something to build on. A few decent signings in the summer and we'll be well on the way."
But we've regressed. Letting O'Hare go is unforgivable.
Not replacing Hamer is unforgivable.
And lastly, as much as i like the look of Bassette, we signed him over a midfielder and let Palmer go. Its poor business.
I was concerned when we let Viveash go and that's also proving to be an awful decision.
Any expectations of top of the league, playoff's or even top 10 at this point, are gone.

I'm not writing us off. I'm simply airing my concerns. I don't think I said anything unfair or untrue. As you rightly point out, there's plenty of time to turn it round. I just hope we sort it out sooner rather than later because what I saw today was tough to watch.

Robins has lost the dressing room and the plot. He's running out of excuses as well. He's overseen the spending of around 40M pounds and still cannot deliver the goods. If you can get Graham Potter or a bright young manager in the McKenna-mould, you have to make the change in the best interests of the team.
