That is taken Us to School...you need to do a whole series of “ Showing”, and “ Explaining” the Muscle Mind Control for every body part like you did here...This was more then “School” this was advance College......Perfection from a Pro to a Up-and -Coming Athletic...Applause.

I really like this training video because it’s literally body building. No gimmick, no bullshit annoying music, just straight talking and grunts. Great tips. @Fouad this is the best way to run a training video looking forward to more!

After 25 years of training and learning, it never ceases to amaze me that when u have an open mind, how much u can learn from others irrespective of age or status. Thx Fouad, it never occurred to me to do DB rows with feet together to remove hips from the equation which I'm guilty of without even knowing but inevitable when going heavy. Now when I train others, I can help others the way you do and of course, I tell my my guys to refer to your channel. Thx again.

This is the best training video I've seen in awhile. Dare I say, this is how people should train their clients. An explanation of how to do it, constant feedback through each rep, and thorough critique of the entire set before moving on through the next.
But with a twist. Fouiad, you know EXACTLY how to apply us to bodybuilders and how and why it applies and why to do it. And THAT.....set him apart from most coaches I've seen.

one of the best teaching videos I've seen from you man awesome content! I know he was slammed sore for 4 days after this rofl! few additional add ons to a couple points you were making< for lat anatomically you want the elbow down and by the side, the more rotated down forward and by the side the more lat you will get where as as you lift the arm out and pull the elbow out to the side more up right under armpit shoulder height you get more upper back. also on rows if you keep the finishing point (fully contracted) part of the pull even or infront of your hips you get way more lat and the more behind your hips you finish the pull the more app back (trap rhomboid and teres you will get). you displayed this so well in your video and just wanted to have the words there for people to notice "why" the movements and the way you do them hit the Lat or hit the upper back! great great content!

Love the workout split on the whiteboard
I set up similar myself, back before chest is absolutely the way to go, but I don't have a dedicated quad/squat/leg press day anymore to try and look after my lower back and reduce the volume there, so I'll normally go over 4 days like
    Mon: back
    Tues: chest
    Cardio
    Thurs: legs/deadlifts, primarily posterior chain
    Cardio
    Sat: shoulders and arms
Or if I have harder weeks on upper body I'll go
    Mon: back + bis
    Cardio
    Wed: chest + tris
    Cardio
    Fri: deadlifts/legs
    Sat: shoulders and arms
