I really like this training video because it’s literally body building. No gimmick, no bullshit annoying music, just straight talking and grunts. Great tips. @Fouad this is the best way to run a training video looking forward to more!
After 25 years of training and learning, it never ceases to amaze me that when u have an open mind, how much u can learn from others irrespective of age or status. Thx Fouad, it never occurred to me to do DB rows with feet together to remove hips from the equation which I'm guilty of without even knowing but inevitable when going heavy. Now when I train others, I can help others the way you do and of course, I tell my my guys to refer to your channel. Thx again.
Love how Fouad pours into all of his athletes and helps them build their platform. Fouad is selfless, he wants everyone around him winning and truly brings out the best in people.
@@davidgrams8368 lol I felt it for sure! I thought I was stretching before but I didn’t realize how much more range of motion I could get out of some of these exercises.
This is the best training video I've seen in awhile. Dare I say, this is how people should train their clients. An explanation of how to do it, constant feedback through each rep, and thorough critique of the entire set before moving on through the next. But with a twist. Fouiad, you know EXACTLY how to apply us to bodybuilders and how and why it applies and why to do it. And THAT.....set him apart from most coaches I've seen.
Fouad “Mr common sense” in the world of bodybuilding people like to make things seem as difficult and complex as possible to “flex knowledge”, but I am more impressed with those who make complex things sound simple 💪!
Lots of important back cues and tips in this video that took me years to develop and implement. Michael's back days will never be the same. Thanks a lot, you guys!
There are some awesome comments here Fouad. Look at the positivity you bring out in people! Not many UA-cam comment sections look like this, you’re fostering something special.
It’s awesome to see how the movements and mind muscle connection is obvious to see from fouad who’s a seasoned vet compared to the development of his athlete that basically just started his career. Awesome thing to see where his hard work and dedication might lead him to one day if he soaks it all in.
I'm glad we are getting some free content from this house of a man, thank you Fouad for all the funny podcasts plus educational content you put out, you are a really nice human being, cheers man.
LOVE this content!!! It's seriously one of my most faves showing how you (Fouad) help others train properly with correct form, intensity, resistance, and technique/tempo. It's definitely helped me see a few things I need to correct within my own lifting. Hell yeah keep it coming Fouad...fire AF!
We need more videos like this. I appreciate the long form stuff and the podcasts, but I crave a lot more training/prepping videos. So much more engaging, even if they're
Fouad - I think this was one of the best videos that I have ever watched. Thank you for this. If there’s any way you could do more like these I think I speak for everyone when I say we would love to see more.
one of the best teaching videos I've seen from you man awesome content! I know he was slammed sore for 4 days after this rofl! few additional add ons to a couple points you were making< for lat anatomically you want the elbow down and by the side, the more rotated down forward and by the side the more lat you will get where as as you lift the arm out and pull the elbow out to the side more up right under armpit shoulder height you get more upper back. also on rows if you keep the finishing point (fully contracted) part of the pull even or infront of your hips you get way more lat and the more behind your hips you finish the pull the more app back (trap rhomboid and teres you will get). you displayed this so well in your video and just wanted to have the words there for people to notice "why" the movements and the way you do them hit the Lat or hit the upper back! great great content!
This was an awesome instructional video! Please do more like this and we don’t care if the video is long! It’s all about us getting it right! Thanks Fouad!!
I know John is proud of you brother. You're good at being patient and figuring out how to talk to people on an individual basis to communicate effectively. John had the same quality and it's one reason why people are drawn to you guys. Great stuff man keep it up and thank you.
It’s insane how much knowledge there is to learn and gain from the bb community I’m so happy I found people like u at my age. Thank you so much man this is like a gold mine
Thanks Fouad, great video. My back is lagging and got some good tips on the mistakes I was making. Wrote down the routine and going to try that training split. The best to Michael in his career, seems like a well-grounded person.
This was very informative for me! I truly appreciate the teaching to help people become better. It would be awesome if you did a whole series like this for every body part. Thanks Fouad!
Damn, this is an amazing concept. Would love to see more training videos, I have incorporated a lot of your tips in other videos and I’ve felt the movements a lot more and better. Keep it up💪🏼
Some golden tips in this one 👌 Doing dumbbell rows like that is very humbling, they feel so awkward at first but are for sure the best way to do them. Thanks for the upload Fouad
Watching these guys workout makes me so jacked up to workout! But it also makes me realize I’m not working hard enough, too worried about weight, not feeling the fibres, not holding and squeezing the muscle properly. I took away some fantastic cues for my next gym session… Control, moving slower, understanding there’s no time limit.
I think that THIS video is one of Fouad's best! Please mate, if you have time.... do more training videos!! Also about HOW YOU TRAIN / split days etc etc. Great job!
We just watched exactly how Fouad would teach his son how to bodybuilder. John would be so proud of how you are giving back to these young bodybuilders
This video is gold, every single information from the start was very helpful. My back is my weakest body part and this workout routine somehow really works after experimenting with it
If you want to switch the split to rest on Wednesday you just start your week with day 4 rowing day on Monday. Do day 5 on Tuesday, and cycle back around.
if anyone got me doing the controlled negatives recently it has been Nick Walker and Justin Shier those guys are massive and they always emphasise the eccentric part of the movement as that has contributed to their mountain of mass!!
Love the workout split on the whiteboard I set up similar myself, back before chest is absolutely the way to go, but I don't have a dedicated quad/squat/leg press day anymore to try and look after my lower back and reduce the volume there, so I'll normally go over 4 days like Mon: back Tues: chest Cardio Thurs: legs/deadlifts, primarily posterior chain Cardio Sat: shoulders and arms Or if I have harder weeks on upper body I'll go Mon: back + bis Cardio Wed: chest + tris Cardio Fri: deadlifts/legs Sat: shoulders and arms

Honestly the patience Fouad has with him is insane. He needs to explain everything so often but yet stays so calm
Love how Fouad pours into all of his athletes and helps them build their platform. Fouad is selfless, he wants everyone around him winning and truly brings out the best in people.
As always, free info galore. People would pay a personal trainer good money and very few would give anywhere near this good advice/instruction/tips
Watching someone living your dream. 😭😭HOPEFULLY ONE DAY I’ll be training with Fouad!
Going full Yoda mode amazing teacher, the little tips you gave him will stay with him for life. Great content 👍
The amount of free information in this video is insane. Fouad, you're just too kind 🤘🏼
Thanks for having me Hoss!
Awesome workout and I learned a ton. Thanks again for having me🙏🏻 Looking forward to the next one.
How sore were you the day after with the extra emphasise on stretch and squeeze compared to your "normal" training pre Fouad?

I set up similar myself, back before chest is absolutely the way to go, but I don't have a dedicated quad/squat/leg press day anymore to try and look after my lower back and reduce the volume there, so I'll normally go over 4 days like
Mon: back
Tues: chest
Cardio
Thurs: legs/deadlifts, primarily posterior chain
Cardio
Sat: shoulders and arms
Or if I have harder weeks on upper body I'll go
Mon: back + bis
Cardio
Wed: chest + tris
Cardio
Fri: deadlifts/legs
Sat: shoulders and arms
The quality of this video and the explanations just got me subbed 👌
the attention to detail 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. did 3 of these movements, that stretch T bar upper back row was phenomenal
