  • Solo camp in Knoydart on Scotland's wild west coast. Adventure, wild camping, bushcraft, and some stunning landscapes.
The trip didn't go as I had hoped, but I will be back.

No shame in not lasting within the rough bounds of Knoydart. An absolute beast of a place to survive. Great effort💪

Thank you! Levelling up my sleeping bag is the next step and I'll be back. What a beautiful place it is.

As a wildlife photographer I wish I had half the skills you had, doubt I'd last a single night 😂
Absolutely loved the second camp site, looks like a fantastic place to set up for Wading birds.

In the spring it may well be! If you fancy it the What3Words are pollution.vanilla.friday
I've never photographed wading birds much, but might get myself to the Musselburgh lagoons this year to give it a try.

I wasn't, I was at the other side of the peninsula but I do intend to go back and stay for longer and visit as much as I can (including Barrisdale).
