Have made these for our friends who've come to help out on moving days!!!! Perfect snack for midmorning!! Add 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard to butter mix!
Ways to improve (IMO) 1.Shred ham with knife, add a light teaspoon of cream of coconut to ham and stir before cooking. 2. Brown ham lightly in skillet before adding sandwiches 3. Make a CopyCat Pina Colada Sauce to replace the mayo from Red Lobster for the sandwiches. You won't regret it. I took a few pointers from yours for seasoning the bread.
