Powder mustard seeds. Use half table spoon for one glass butter milk. Second method is boil one glass water and when bubbles appear add half table spoon mustered seeds powder. Third method soak half table spoon musterd seeds in a glass of butter milk over night and drink it on empty stomach in the morning

For purification of water. Two to three sun dried morninga seeds will kill and clear a lot of bacteria from water in a over night span. Plus using a copper plate does the same job plus makes water structured ( like the fresh ones in rivers and lakes). It is good if we use both to purify water. Also remember the TDS of water should be between 120 to 250. Moringa seeds help reduce high TDS but in some cases we may need to use the three pot method. For major health issues consuming ambali all three times in a day Or atleast two times is a must. We also need to maintain good vitamin C and D. For D sunlight before 10 AM (Avoid soaps and use soap nuts). For C vitamin lemon gongura raw mango in some form in rotation in daily breakfast

It do works on all viruses. It is one important method but we also have other important things like consuming ambali daily. Staying for at least half an hour in sun before 10 AM. Having C Vitamin in some form during breakfast. Walking one hour 15 minutes daily. Drinking structured water. Not consuming wheat rice white sugar maida jaggery that was not made from palm family trees. Sleeping in pitch dark. Reducing screen time. To fight major issues like covid the overall lifestyle helps and we can't just guarantee with one good habit.

Moring we can do kashyam by filtering out the leaves but we shouldn't powder and take it.
