Almost 8 years ago someone suggested I take oil of oregano one drop in a gelatin capsule before each meal with water. I've never been ill since: no colds, no flu, no sinus and no allergies after a lifetime of such. Was I just lucky?

I’ve heard that oil of oregano could disrupt the whole Microbiome if you use too long also that it is in effect iron absorption however, I know that I took it when I had Covid it helped me tremendously. It also lowered my cholesterol which was a great surprise.

Yes mix it with water and use it like mouth wash. I used no sugar green tea. And oil pulling when I had an infection.

I took it for 3 days 2 to 3 drops in the mornings and it’s disturbed my stomach something terrible horrible cramps. If you have stomach issues don’t take it at all period in liquid form.
It's recommended to start with a drop in a glass of water. 2 to 3 drops for a start can be a lot

@@tzukhi I would only sure one big drop and put it in a shot glass with some juice. It has a spicy aftertaste . Papaya seed chewable pills are best to get rid of parasites naturally . Oil of oregano will but it will keep you in the bathroom and could make you dizzy and nauseous if you take too much at once. It’s also good for fungus and bacterial infections

I take two drops under the tongue once a day. I do a 10-day on cycle and then 10 days off. It's probably overstated on the internet but I'm a little paranoid of the potential liver damage from overdoing it if taking it consistently. So I figured this on / off schedule is the safest way to go and so far so good

This sounds like my 16 year old son. He has fluid in his ears, 2 different meds, made no difference. He also gets hives every time he gets in water. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. If you find anything that’s helpful, let me know.

Yes. It’s very potent so use one drop in a carrier oil or cup of water. It can burn your skin.
Essential oil is not safe for consumption from what my research shows. If you're going to ingest, be sure it says "oil of oregano" NOT "oregano essential oil"
You can make your own with olive oil or almond oil

Oregano essential oil and oil of oregano are completely different. DO NOT consume the essential oil! You want Oil of Oregano. Hope this helps

Dont ever swallow the oregano oil w/o diluting it with a carrier oil or in your coffee...it will burn your throat if taken w/o anything!
