Super body...i like this type natural look rather than what body builders have rugged body now a days.I think tjis is due to body weight workout like dandal and baski and our traditional workout. Super ,fitness is everything.
I skip pushup ..... Doing dips my fav , & last week onwards I'm doing dandal it's ready superb

My shoulders sore so 1 day rest doing repeat
