@@hindurashtravadi2563 I think fucking your body is dependant on a lot of circumstances. We are prone to injuries whatever sport we practice and weight lifting is no different, if the person is relatively reasonable and capable of accessing his/her own limits injuries are very hard to come. This videos only compilates the exercises, but it is up to the viewer to study them and watch some professionals executing said exercises. Then again, maybe I didn't get your real meaning, if that's the case sorry for the misunderstanding.
