I tried every single thing diet plans and many more but couldn't lose weight and have more gains but after following this plan since 3 months now. I wish more people could see this video to understand how easy and comfortable it can be to go to the "gym" even if you can't afford a monthly subscription or have some kind of phobia. We are prone to injuries whatever sport we practice and weight lifting is no different, if the person is relatively reasonable and capable of accessing his/her own limits injuries are very hard to come. This videos only compilates the exercises, but it is up to the viewer to study them and watch some professionals executing said exercises. Then again, maybe I didn't get your real meaning, if that's the case sorry for the misunderstanding.
